"hey! get back here!" i yell at two teenagers running around latissa knocking everything down. a 16 year old boy and a 14 year old girl. 

I grab my Staff and start to chase the teens.

hi. my name is Y/N Withers. I'm an average teenage latissa kid. I go to glandus where i'm known as the outcast. i work in the family business. a small produce shop called "Withers's Produce Of Latissa." 

usually i help sell vegetables with my younger cousins in the Withers produce business on week days and harvest on weekends.

this afternoon while i was looking after the younger children (Mainly Bria), i saw a Brunette teenage girl run past with a purple cloak and a glowing red staff. 

she quickly avoided everything and stumbled a bit before running off.

a boy, blonde with a huge scar, came running after the girl not caring where he was stepping or anything. he knocked over the boo-berry stands and the bat-pple crates as he ran by.

"hey! get back here!" and that's how we get back here.

I whistled and my 1 thousand (ok more like 15) cousins all looked up from the person they were talking to or the thing they were doing.

i grab my palisman and run after them. my cousins knew what to do. they quickly cleaned the mess up and safely guarded the rest of the stand.

i run after the two kids. running wasn't my strength of course but i was able to catch up by doing one of those cool advanced light teleporting thingys.

i did that a few times before finally doing it one last time, kicking him in the back from above to the ground. we roll a bit before I pin him down with my knee on his chest and my palisman at his neck.

"i said 'get back here'"

he groans and then opens his eyes looking at me.

"wha- who-?"

"you ruined a good month's work of produce." i say pressing the palisman head closer to his neck.

"listen. i'm sorry but-"

"no you listen to me blondie. you and your friend cost us thousands of snails. you don't think you'd leave without paying us back did you?"

he squinted his magenta eyes in anger. he stared into my eyes for a good what felt like 10 minutes when it was probably just 30 seconds. i look closer at his face. not bad looking. there were dark circles under his eyes but otherwise pretty cute. he caught me off guard and grabbed my palisman pushing me off him and he ran away. i grabbed my palisman again and started to run after him.

i then chased him to a wall. he didn't see me though. he was looking up at the brunette gil who was mocking him.

i hid behind another wall.

he then looked down and walked away. he was about ten feet away from me when he started to run at the wall.

I teleported up behind the brunette and held my staff out.

he scaled the wall but when he reached the top, our eyes made contact and he stumbled. the brunette shot a few lasers at him.

"s- stay back!"

while she didn't see me, I shoved her out of the way and tackled the boy again. i pointed my palisman at him again.

"i'm going to ask you again. where's my money."

the girl gets back up and regains her balance, dusting herself off.

"woah!"

"stay back! ... human?"

"yep. at your service"

"you and blonde boy over here cost my family thousands. pay. up."

mom and dad would ground me if they find out.

the boy glares at me and i glare back.

the girl walks up to the edge of the building.

i hesitate but we eventually follow.

"so kikimora was after my catch" he says, as i look over at the hand dragon nearby.

i recognized kikimora from a poster for the emperor's coven. 

"how does kikimora know you" i ask

"what?" he turns to me

"i'm sorry just, how does such a person of power know- OH MY GODS DID YOU ESCAPE THE CONFORMITORIUM?!"

"what the- no!" he scoffs

I swear I heard luz mumble something but she denied saying anything when i asked.

"then how-"

he grunts, "i work for the covens."

"the emperor's coven to be specific" luz ruffles his hair and gives a wide, cheesy, fake smile and says in a sarcastic tone, "i'm so proud of my brother"
