Night Changes..

Taehyung smiled at her excitement.

Taehyung: "Twelfth princess. Yeah.. The princess of fire."

If anyone had beauty parallel to the Fairy of beauty.. It was The Princess of fire. Of course The Princess of Water is considered to be gifted with beauty but since no one had ever seen her, they all thought the Princess of Fire as the beauty queen. She was praised and pampered too much, I guess, because she slowly became a little arrogant of her beauty. Being the only princess at that point, she thought she's the most powerful Heavenly being in the realm of spirits. Sometimes when fairies would be pissed off by her self obsession, they would remind her of the beauty Princess of water carries. That would annoy her so much that she grew hatred towards the name itself.

The incident happened when the Council of Elements met...

They were in the council of elements. King of fire along with his family was present of course. The King of Earth and Air were there along with their families.. But no one really expected the King of water and his family to turn up.. The council meeting was a regular one and they all peacefully discussed everything. A bit of disagreements and convincing was there of course but everything was peaceful. After the council, the King of Air invited others for a feast. That's when the Princess of Fire approached the Prince of Air.

Ignis: "Greeting Prince."

Prince: "Greetings Princess."

Prince grew rather stiff at that moment. He knew that if the people from the Kingdom of water are here, Noxx must be around. He inched a little away from the Princess. His friends noticed it so Athena decided to help him.

Athena: "I've been told that you are very intelligent."

Ignis: "Yes I Am."

She said haughtily.

Athena: "Well.. I just love challenging people who are intelligent. Just a small quiz to lighten up the mood.."

Ignis: "Sure. Why not?"

Athena: "Ok. What did one eye say to the other?"

Ignis frowned. In reality, Ignis was not intelligent, definitely not as much as Athena or Namjoon.. That was probably proved as Namjoon was already smiling knowing the answer.

Ignis: "Ha! It's easy. It's "I can't see you."

People in the group giggled as Athena answered.

Athena: "Pardon me. The answer was: "Something smells between us."

Everyone laughed as Athena beamed.

Ignis: "What a stupid question! Who do you even hang with!"

She said to the Prince which pissed him off a little bit. But he said calmly...

Prince: "I like to hang out with them. That's why."

Ignis: "You are a royal. You must not hang with puny people."

Hoseok: "We are a part of the Royal family as much as you Princess. Every fairy belongs to royals. You must know, equality prevails here."

Ignis: "Equality. Oh yeah it does. But definitely not in beauty."

"

Yuna: "There she goes again."

She rolled her eyes as Taehyung stopped narrating and looked at her.

Yuna: "I mean, why so full of yourself? She'll be doomed!"

Taehyung: "She did."

Yuna: "Yea- Oh sorry. I interrupted again."

Taehyung: "Well.. You realised it sooner than I thought."

Yuna: "Sorry~"

"

Ignis: "Equality. Oh yeah it does. But definitely not in beauty."

The statement triggered Colossal.

Colossal: "Well, I agree to that princess.."

Ignis smiled thinking she's being supported.

Colossal: "Everyone has their share of beauty and you surely have a lot... except the fact that most of the share is held by the Princess of Water-"

Ignis: "Don't take her name in front of me!"

The flame in the fire lamp beside them turned purple.

Fire spirit..

Ignis: "You are all small and insignificant! And Princess of Water Does. NOT. EXIST!!"

There was a splash followed by gasps and wows. A magnificent horse, body and mane made of water, jumped out of the fountain.

Noxx, the water spirit.

Its eyes stared calmly at Ignis and then it raised it's head to call on Gale. The maple leaves flew around his head and they seemed to be engaged in a conversation. The fire lamp beside them kindled brighter and Noxx stepped closer to Ignis.

Prince: "Noxx, please.."

Noxx looked at the prince of air. They all required explanation. Noxx raised his forelimbs and neighed loudly causing the whole place to shake, but then they saw something very weird.

The water in the fountain began to take shape of humans as Noxx's eyes glowed brighter and brighter. The figures resembled to be soldiers. A little child, a toddler came towards the seashore where Noxx was standing. Noxx looked different. He was angry. But this little toddler melted him. He did all she wished he would. The scenes flashed by, the toddler riding Noxx, playing with him, Noxx chasing the toddler, etc. He started to love her until one day she got lost.

Noxx told his story and then looked at Ignis.

Ignis: "Y-You cannot hurt me. DAD!"

The king of fire looked at her sadly. He couldn't control a spirit if it's onto itself. But the fire spirit crackled and hissed loudly as Noxx turned slowly to face it. The Gale went towards them and the floor rumbled.. Seemed like the spirits were having their own council. After a moment which felt like ages, the spirits retreated, all the spirits.

Everyone present there was surprised. Out of them all, the Prince was surprised the most. Noxx never spared anyone since the day Princess was lost..
