"So, you're saying you will be the representative of your class in the contest? Oh my, I'm so happy for you Megumi! I'm sure you'll do great!" Y/N said as she checked his temperature which turned out to be normal now. "Oh look, you're all good now, yay! But don't drink or eat cold food yet, okay?"

"I'll do my best Y/N-san"

"You already are, Megum-" Y/N suddenly got distracted and cut off with the loud bang of the door and singing voice.

"YOU AREEEE MY FIREEE, THE ONE I DESIREEE, BELIEVE, WHEN I SAY, I WANT IT THAT WAYYY~~ TELL ME WHYYY"

"This is exactly why Ryu doesn't like you!" Y/N yelled and sighed at Gojo who suddenly appeared in Megumi's room while ridiculously singing and dancing.

'Why is he my boyfriend?'

"I no longer have a fever!!! Y/N-chan, where's my ki-ow!"

Y/N avoided him when he tried to run and hug her which resulted to him shoving himself to Yuji's bed.

Y/N sighed once again, if Megumi just kept quiet and did not tell her how Gojo actually gave him a decent advice, she would have ignored Gojo even if he was sick...or maybe not.

"Anyway, good luck tomorrow Megumi, I know you can do it" Y/N encouraged, and Megumi only nodded.

"Now, since you are so energetic, let us talk" Y/N turned to Gojo with a serious face.

"I shall take my leave, please excuse me" Megumi said and walked out of the room.

"Satoru"

"Yes" Gojo immediately straightened up.

"You know how Ryu doesn't like you" Y/N started then sighed. She recalled how her older brother just suddenly decided one day that he doesn't want Gojo for Y/N. Until now it still baffles her how his attitude to Gojo suddenly changed when she was a freshman in college.

"I mean I know he's just my adoptive older brother, but he's still my brother" she said as she recalled how Ryu has always been there for her, and how he was the one who actually made her parents happy when she wasn't even born yet.

Y/N's parents had difficulties in having a child and that's why they decided to adopt, and it was a miracle when they had Y/N, hence why they love her so much, they'd support her in everything she wants to do.

"Why does he even dislike me? I remember us three hanging out togther when we were kids" Gojo said.

"I don't even know why, maybe because you're annoying" Gojo made a loud gasp.

"You seriously think I'm annoying you?"

"What do you think?" Y/N raised a brow. She was just clearly messing with him but it seems like Gojo took it seriously.

"Am I really?" he muttered to himself, but Y/N still heard it.

"You're doubting yourself now? I thought you're my annoying person?" she said and smirked, this made Gojo perk up and looked at her intently.

"Are you being serious or is that a joke" he said as he walked towards her.

"I thought you know me well" Y/N crossed her arms.

"There's still so much more that I want to know about you" he said in a low tone, almost a whisper, but enough for Y/N to hear, as he tilted his head down to meet her eyes when he stopped in his tracks, the distance between them were only inches apart.

Y/N got stunned at his sudden shift of tone, he was dead serious. Y/N couldn't help but get mesmerized by his blue ocean eyes. They had a mini staring competition but with gazes that says they long for each other. Gojo was the first one to break the eye contact as his gaze suddenly shifted towards her lips and gulped for a second. He then, tugged a hair behind Y/N's ears and cupped her cheek for which Y/N unconsciously leaned slightly in his touch.

"May...I?" he said slowly, as he hoped inside his head that she would say yes and give permission.

And without a second thought, Y/N nodded slowly, feeling her heart pounding rapidly inside her chest. To say she was nervous was an understatement, it will be her first kiss in her life, as she believed she only wanted to share her kiss with the person she loves, but that will most likely inflate Gojo's ego so she would keep it a secret for a while.

And it was ecstatic, the moment their lips collided, it sent shivers to her whole body, she slightly stepped backward, almost stumbling as her mind literally went blank, luckily Gojo was fast enough to support her, and then a few moments later they broke the kiss and tried to catch their breaths.

"I love you, Y/N" Gojo said and kissed her on her forehead. "And I know you love me too, whatever your brother thinks of me, as long as you love me, it's already more than enough, you are the only one that matters to me"

It was common knowledge to everyone that practically knows Gojo and Y/N, that the two were an odd pair of inseparable beings, they were different from each other, but somehow the same, and they were definitely a perfect match in everyone's eyes.

To say that Ryu, Y/N's adoptive older brother, hates Gojo Satoru is actually a lie. In fact, he'd always wanted him to be with her sister, just like how their parents ships the two. So when he first heard that Gojo Satoru had a girlfriend, and it wasn't Y/N, he was baffled.

Why would he choose another person when Y/N is literally right there in front of him?

He was disappointed, but brushed it off at first, as he saw that her little sister didn't seem to care.

Then they broke up, but Y/N was there for Gojo.

Ryu thought that finally this was the chance, but then he was again surprised when he heard that Gojo started dating another girl, and again, it wasn't Y/N.

Y/N, just as the prideful kind of person she is, (and somehow dense) never admitted to herself that she was actually starting to catch feelings for Gojo (see as she just recently admitted her feelings for him when it was just the two of them in this apartment). But Ryu was different, he sees everything. But again, as a respect to her sister and also to Gojo, as it's clearly not his business to interfere, he just let it be.

And the time came when the new couple broke up. And Y/N was there for him again.

Ryu, of course, wasn't the kind of person to celebrate for other's demise, but he once again saw this as an opportunity.

So when he heard again after a while that Gojo had a new girlfriend and it wasn't her sister for the third time, this made him feel the utter dislike (not really hate, as hate is such a strong word to describe his contempt) towards the said man.

How can he not see her? Does he need to have four or maybe six eyes to see her worth?

It was clear to Ryu, how Y/N appreciates and loves Gojo Satoru, and he can clearly see that Gojo loves her too, but was it just really platonic?

Ryu wouldn't believe it was.

Ryu saw how Y/N cried in her sleep. (Which Y/N probably didn't remember what she was saying or what her dreams were about.)

But Ryu heard it all, he knows it was Y/N's subconscious thoughts.

He didn't graduate with latin honors with Psychology as his major for no reason.

And he clearly is not studying law today if he wasn't smart enough to see the truth in simple situations like these.

So it begun.

The Gojo Satoru contempt.

Ryu sighed as he composed himself before ringing the doorbell in front of him.

Three days has passed, and the day has come.

"Hello! Are you Y/N-san's older brother?"
