Rey's POV

I walked away from her after her vampire had risen up to basically tell me that Adrianna and I were over and to just leave her alone. I sat in my regular seat and pulled out a pencil. I just started drawing without thinking because honestly I couldn't think about nothing but the event that just occurred.

I kept sneaking glances over and Adrianna and Cameron to see what they were doing. She was smiling and laughing at something he had just said so was he. I stuck my tongue out at them and went back to my drawing. I hadn't realized I was drawing a bleeding heart until the basic outline was done. It had an our sticking through it and well it was bleeding and breaking,

I sighed and put my head in my hands trying to calm myself down and get myself together.

"Are you okay." A sweet innocent voice asked me

My heart began to race ten times faster and my palms became sweaty. My breathing came out in quiet pants and my wolf howled at the girl that was standing in front of us. I looked up to see Rose standing there with her head down. I felt a pang of guilt hit my heart.

"Yeah I'm fine."

She nodded and walked over to a seat in the front. I went to call her over but couldn't find my voice. I felt so awful for treading her the way that I did. She was my mate number one. I was supposed to be protecting her not hurting her. She trusted me and I eat her down. She needed a friend and I wasn't there for my mate.

I stood up and walked over to her. She was drawing a picture of a tiger's face and half of its body. I sat down next to her and her bonds stiffened when she realized who was sitting quite close to her.

"You don't have to sit by yourself. You can come sit with me." I said

She shook her head and went back to her drawing.

"Why not?" I asked. Honestly a little hurt that she wouldn't come back to sit with me.

"I am staying away like you asked. Please just stop making things in a new school more and more difficult for me."

Her red hair was now covering her face. I placed my fingers on her chin and forced her to look at me. One of eyes was covered by her beautiful hair and I softly swept it out of her face and behind her ear. I slowly brought my thumb to her cheek to gently rub it.

She couldn't fight the sparks flying between our bodies. She sighed and leaned her cheek against my hand more, allowing me to caress it. I smiled at her content and loving behavior. I could definitely fall in love with this girl very quickly.

"Can you come to the back and sit with me?" I asked

She sighed but nodded and picked her bag. I smiled and brightened up at her agreeing to sit with me. I had pushed Adrianna out of my mind and was going to focus on Rosé and only Rose.

We made our way to the back of the room just in time to have to present our drawings to the class.

"The first one to go will be.... Rey." The teacher said

"Fuck my life" I mumbled

I stood up and shuffled to the front of the classroom with my piece of paper. I placed it Nader the monitor so it came out big on the white screen. The teacher stopped and observed the picture closely.

"I wasn't really thinking while I was drawing it kind of just happened." I said in a rush. Trying to explain my kind of gruesome art work

"I'm surprised Rey. You usually draw such bright, happy and wonderful things." The teacher said

"I know. I'm sorry sir"

I looked over at Adrianna who had a guilty look on her face. She knew why I had accidentally drawn such a picture,

"It won't happen ever again"
