"Hey Red!" Red heard Purple's voice behind him, he awkwardly turned around, taking a few sips of his coffee. "Yeah?" He replied, placing his coffee down on his desk. "I got ya something!" Purple purred, their tail flickering as they pulled out some violets and roses. "I didn't know if you like flowers or anything sooooo,,,,,uhhh,,,yeahhh here." They couldn't help but chuckle awkwardly as Red awkwardly took the flowers, blushing a bit.
"I uh- I found them outside and totally didn't pick them in the forest area or whatever you wanna call that room." They said awkwardly. Red was. . .astounded that someone had actually gave him a gift. "T - Thanks Purple." The scientist cleared his throat, blushing still.
His tail wagging a bit now. "These are. . .remarkably beautiful Purple." He commented, Purple coughed a bit. "You're welcome." They purred quietly, they then awkwardly held out their arms as Red carefully placed the flowers in a vase on his desk.
He then wrapped his arms around them, hugging them. "Hehe, did you get anything for me?" They asked, hugging him back. "I'm just asking of course." They laughed awkwardly after so. Red thought for a moment, he may not had gotten anything for the vent creature but he had a idea for a gift and one that Purple will gladly appreciate. "Actually, I do have a gift for you." He smirked.
He may be submissive but he still had his mischievous trait, he grabbed Purple's chest and pulled them to his level. His lips crashing against Purple's lips. The vent creature was surprised at first but soon kissed him back. They both pulled away, and Red flicked his tail. "Damn~ I like that gift~" They purred, kissing his cheek as their tail made a heart shape.
Red blushed in embarrassment. "I - I kinda figured. ." He mumbled in embarrassment, blushing even more. Even though Purple was super questionable and sus most of the time, Red loved them nonetheless.
And he's kinda used to them being sus anyway.
