"Mr. Potter! I SWEAR to Godric if you are int-" McGonaggal was interrupted with a loud fizz that turned Dumbledore's hair green.
" The damage has been done," Lily (P) sighed sarcastically.
" Minerva! Look at me. I sure would have looked good with green hair in my youth." Albus Dumbledore chuckled. Rose wondered how he was the only person Voldemort feared.
" Now how do you fix this?" Minerva McGonagall eyed both James.
" The spell................." James (F) started.
" Oh, you COMPLETE IDOIT JAMES SIRIUS POTTER!!" Lily (F) screamed. " The spell was invented in the year 2000!!"
"So?" Fred looked confused " It doesn't matter, does it? Just do the spell, it's afaireste chroma" he waved his wand.
Roxanne sighed. " It means the spell won't work."
"WHAT! FOR MERLIN'S SAKE ALBUS!!" Minerva screamed but Albus Dumbledore just laughed.
" JAMES! Look what you did. Oh, merlin we are soo messing with the timeline. Your grandson is no different" Lily (P) exclaimed.
" Com'on granny, it is fun!" James (F) defended himself.
" Well, now Professor Dumbledore is going to walk around like the grinch!" Lily (P) stated.
" It seems funny to be the grinch. What is it anyway?" Professor Dumbledore eyed his reflection.
" A character from a muggle show I used to watch, it was in '66" Lily (P) said.
" So you are going to walk around looking like ginch until the year 2000?" Minerva asked.
" Well, umm... professor the thing is that...... uh" Roxanne stuttered.
" Well, the professor dies in uhh '97?" James (F) asked.
" 1996 James. Uhh yeah heh" Hugo corrected James.
" That's still 17 more years" Professor McGonagall pointed out, ignoring the fact that Albus Dumbledore dies.
"I am sure we can wash it out" James (P) grinned.
" Umm... I don't think so" Lily (F) said
" Fred?" Roxanne eyed her brother.
" No...." Fred (F) " I-I mean we c-can t-try to wash it off?"
" I am afraid not" Professor Dumbledore hovered over the sink.
" We can try the spell." James (P) suggested.
"afaireste chroma" Ted muttered
" Ohh Ted, you're here! I almost forgot" James (F) expressed sarcastically.
Ted rolled his eyes. Dumbledore's hair now turned a light green shade. The color was not completely gone, but it was better than before. At least the two ladies calmed down.
" Now we repeat the spell until it is white." Hugo advised.
