Scene starts in Sandhu House. It was Sangeet and Mehendi of Tejo as there was only some days left in wedding.
Fateh was seeing all the arrangements when Tejo along with her family. Fateh became dumbstruck seeing Tejo. She was looking very beautiful. Gurpreet: Bohot sundar lag rahi hain puttar...aa jaa...... Tejo went and touched Beji's feet. She then sat down. Gurpreet: Yeh chunri odhna humare khandan mein subh maana jaata hain puttar. Saying this Gurpreet covered Tejo's head with a red chunri. Just then Angad came. Beji: Humare khandan ki rasam hain ki pati apni patni ke haath mein apna naam apne haathon se likhta hain. Everyone(except for Gurpreet): Kisi ko lagani nahi aati hain. Gurpreet: Kisne kaha? Ek insaan ko aati hain. Mahi: Kise mummy? Gurpreet: Mere Fateh ko...... Everyone was surprised to hear this. Beji: Yeh kya keh rahi hain Gurpreet? Gurpreet: Sahi keh rahi hoon beji.....mere Fateh ko bohot acche designs draw karne aate hain. Bas vo kisi ko batata nahi hain. Fateh....tu aaj Tejo ke haath mein mehendi laga de na beta. Khushveer: Haan Fateh...laga de....... Fateh: Thik hain papa...... Fateh went and sat down beside Tejo. Fateh(whispering to Tejo): Don't worry....accha design banaunga. Tejo smiled hearing this. After yesterday's conversation with Rupy...she didn't speak to anyone but first time after that conversation she smiled.

Fateh started applying mehendi on Tejo's palm.
The whole time Tejo was just staring at Fateh teary eyed. Tejo(in mind)(looking at Fateh teary eyed): Fateh.....main tumhe hurt nahi kar sakti hoon. I don't want and I can never hurt you. Main tumse bohot pyaar karti hoon Fateh lekin.....tum mujhse pyaar kabhi nahi karoge Fateh...I know that. Bas shaadi se pehle yeh kuch yaadein sametna hain mujhe....tumhare saath. Jinke sahare main apni poori zindagi bita doongi. Tum bas mere paas hi rehna Fateh...atleast yeh kuch din. Fateh looked at Tejo and saw her crying. Fateh wiped Tejo's tear which cascaded down her cheek unnoticed by Tejo herself. Fateh(in a low voice): Kya hua? Tum ro kyun rahi ho? Tejo nodded in no saying that nothing serious.
