"We gotta get out of here." Sokka says as the group is in a cell.
"I know but we can't with the Dai Li." Alexis says before a Dai Li walks up to the cell.
"Alexis you are to come with me." The Dai Li says as he opens the cell door.
"Under what grounds?" Alexis asks annoyedly.
"You are being called by one of the Princess's companions. Now come with me. I won't ask nice a second time." The Dai Li says before Alexis sighs and begins to follow him before he cuffs her hands as he leaves with her.
*Timeskip*
"I brought her as instructed." The Dai Li says as he brings Alexis to a room where Ty Lee is waiting.
"Thank you. You can leave her. I can handle her myself." Ty Lee says.
"As you wish." The Dai Li says as he leaves Alexis with Ty Lee.
"You're from the Fire Nation? I can't believe this." Alexis says angrily as she tries moving her hands but is unable due to them being cuffed.
"And I can't believe you are helping the Avatar!" Ty Lee shouts.
"I can't believe I never realized you were from the Fire Nation. It was so obvious." Alexis says angrily.
"What Nation are you even from?" Ty Lee asks angrily.
"Why does it matter?" Alexis asks.
"I just want to know." Ty Lee says.
"I'm from the Water Tribe. I was born there but fled after my family was attacked." Alexis says as she looks down.
"So that's why you were always alone and never had a family." Ty Lee says as she gives a sympathetic look.
"What do you care? You attacked us." Alexis says angrily.
"I had no choice. If I didn't Azula will attack me." Ty Lee says.
"Why do you follow her like this?" Alexis asks.
"Because she is my friend unlike you." Ty Lee says.
"A real friend wouldn't attack another friend. She isn't a real friend Ty Lee. You have to know that." Alexis says.
"She is my friend. You just don't know her." Ty Lee says.
"You mean like how we thought we knew each other? Yeah. I can see that. Did you even care about me?" Alexis asks as she gives a hurt look.
"What?" Ty Lee asks in surprise.
"Did you care? Did you care for me at all growing up?" Alexis asks.
"Of course Alexis. You were my best friend." Ty Lee says.
"Apparently not considering I'm your prisoner right now." Alexis says angrily.
"I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt you... I never stopped caring about you after you left. I always hoped we'd see each other again." Ty Lee says as she smiles softly.
"I did too but now I'm not so sure." Alexis says as she looks down.
"I didn't want this to happen. I swear I didn't. I was only doing what I had to." Ty Lee says as she looks down.
"You don't have to follow her Ty Lee. You can come with us." Alexis says.
"What?" Ty Lee asks in surprise.
"Come with us. We can protect you from her. She isn't your friend." Alexis says.
"I can't do that Alexis." Ty Lee says as she looks down
"Ty Lee please. I don't wanna fight you." Alexis says as she gives a sad look.
"I guess I have no choice." Ty Lee says as she goes toward Alexis.
"Ty Lee what are you about to do? Ty Lee stop! Huh? You're freeing me?" Alexis asks in surprise as she feels Ty Lee taking her cuffs off.
"I can't go with you but I can't stand to watch you get hurt. Take your friends and leave quick." Ty Lee says as she looks at Alexis.
"What about you?" Alexis asks.
"I'll be okay. But next time I can't promise this will end well. I don't wanna fight you but I can't go against Azula. So leave quick. Please." Ty Lee says as Alexis reluctantly nods.
"Be careful Ty Lee." Alexis says as she hugs Ty Lee before pulling away.
"You as well." Ty Lee says as Alexis leaves.
