Soobin's POV:

I slept on it and didn't bother going to Yeonjun's house to tell him anything. I feel like that's just not something people do when they don't wanna be friends anymore. They pretty much just get ignored. I gave Yeonjun that second chance and he blew it.

@fennecfox: Did u ever end up going to Yeonjun's house? I didn't hear anything from u last night.

Crap, I forgot to respond to him this morning. In fact, I didn't even look at my phone.

@sunshinebinnie: No. I didn't wanna go.

@sunshinebinnie: I'm gonna sit alone during lunch today. I can't sit with them anymore.

@fennecfox: so u don't wanna be friends with Taehyun or Huening Kai? And what about Beomgyu? He didn't do anything 2 u.

@sunshinebinnie: U don't understand. I can't be friends with them anymore if they're friends with Yeonjun. I just can't. That's how friend groups work:/

Oh great. As soon as I got to the lunch room, Hyuka waved me over to sit with him and everyone else. I ended up just pointing outside the lunch room to let him know I was gonna sit somewhere else.

When I sat down, I messaged fennecfox again.

@sunshinebinnie: Hyuka waved me over to sit with all of them, but I kind of gestured I was gonna sit outside the cafeteria alone.

@fennecfox: go sit with them, Binnie. Don't make it awkward by not sitting with them.

@sunshinebinnie: I can't. It's already awkward.

Yeonjun's POV:

"How come Soobin doesn't wanna sit with us?" Hyuka asked the group. "I waved him over and he walked away."

"Because he walked in on Yeonjun and I fucking in the spare bedroom yesterday," Beomgyu chuckled.

Taehyun made a face at Beomgyu.

"What? We were just messing around like we always do. It's not something new," Beomgyu said, biting into his chicken nugget.

"But it is for Soobin," Taehyun replied to him, then glanced at me. "Didn't you tell him about the favors we do in our group or something? He should know, and you probably made that so awkward for him."

"He was eavesdropping on Jennie and I in the locker room a few days ago. I was teaching him swimming basics and when we finished, Jennie happened to walk in while he was still in there."

"Yikes," Huening Kai said.

"He heard me explaining to Jennie that I don't fuck my friends unless they no longer want to be my friend. The gist of what happened yesterday is that he walked in on Gyu and I, and now he thinks I'm lying to Jennie about who I fuck, as if I'm just picking and choosing people to have sex with. He thought I was trying to let her down easy, which is correct, but it's also not. He misunderstood me, but I also never explained that us, as a group, can fuck all we want because we're close friends. Everyone else is just there. You guys are my best friends and I know you won't get attached and you won't make it awkward and start treating me like we're dating or a thing. That's why we fuck around because I know not one of you will change."

"Did you tell him that?" Taehyun asked me.

"I didn't get a chance to tell him the second part. But I did tell him that I have two friend groups: one is you guys, my best friends, my very close friends, and the other is just friends. It was my fault and I should've explained it to him from the beginning. I told him in class yesterday that not all of us partake in that, whether it's you guys or my other friends. Not all of us fuck around. Like you, Hyuka. I don't do anything with you because you have a girlfriend. And if any of you ever said no then obviously I would never try to approach that situation differently. I trust you guys to the fullest because I know you won't change up on me if we fuck."
