Introduction

It all started long ago from today, sixteen years to be exact, the beloved king and queen of the magical kingdom of Geronimo, often looked over the horizons to view the village they served. They are what they call, the greatly honorable ones. The ones who only use their powers to make their kingdom the best it could be. The village was filled with people just like them - sorcerers, witches, and other magical creatures such as centaurs, giants, and ogres. Naturally the villagers looked up greatly to their rulers. Who wouldn't? Who would ever think badly of their own king and queen? Everyone seemed to care deeply for them, all of them! Well, that is all - but one.

Now who would be this person to think badly about their leaders? It would be a blood relative of one of the leaders themselves - the sister of the queen. The two women themselves used to be there for one another as they were once villagers - together. Neither were superior to each other, in fact they both got along rather well. That is until soon, when the eldest sister grew jealousy inside her, for her younger sister had qualities that one seems to think were better than her own.

She taunted her as much as she could, but as for the youngest, people around her grew more fond of her as opposed to the nastiness her older sister felt for her. As they grew up, the eldest grew deeper and deeper hatred for the younger sister so much that even on her wedding day, she didn't bother show, let alone her coronation of being queen of Geronimo.

Now you might be wondering why in a kingdom the prince would marry a commoner. That's what made the kingdom so loved. Although they were not in an equal status, everyone was still equal as people. Therefore, marriage between royalty and villagers was accepted. It was however, a bit of a shock since it had not happened before then. But that's just how special the new found queen was. The village knew of her greatness and knew it would help her lead a powerful kingdom, and so it did.

Part of the reason hatred grew inside the queen's sister, who was much older than her, was the fact that the prince fell in love with the youngest before the oldest. Now understand that the jealousy, of course, came naturally. Why wouldn't it? Why would the prince be so interested in her when the eldest was there? But soon, as the hatred grew stronger, the eldest would have a plan for revenge for the younger one, which led to very terrible things.

* * * * *

About sixteen years ago, the king and queen birthed a beautiful, baby girl. Obviously, with there being no other family on the king's side, it would be a given for the infant to be next in line for the throne. Oh, how that angered the eldest. Why would this child get the throne through birth? Why she and not she? This is where the devious plan comes in. The child simply had to disappear.

Throughout her plan, things in the kingdom were not going very well at this time. There have been signs of culprits running everywhere, striking every shop and store that sold any sort of item. At this rate, where would they go next? To the castle? After their own rulers? The signs of crimes crept closer to the kingdom's castle, which led a full out war between the villagers who demanded for the culprits to be found. But who is it that is behind all this destruction? Well, it's all part of the devious plan, of course!

As trouble occurred more frequently, the king and queen grew with nervousness, not only about the kingdom, but for their daughter's safety. The pain of their nerves grew when a mysterious box appeared on the king's desk one morning. It was no bigger than a child's hand. No one knew how it got there. The royal carrier assured he handled no sort of the red box with maroon lettering on the bow that was attached and that was addressed to the princess. But what did it contain? The king or queen certainly did not open it. But as for the squire who did, gave a message to them that only they would understand.
