"You will never be a hero."
Nuke felt a shiver run down his back. He knew he'd never be a hero but.. he didn't like being reminded, especially from Ender. It hurt when Ender said those words and the villain can't grasp why. He felt like crying, running off into the shadows and getting locked up in a room, a cage. Why did these words hurt so much? That was a question the boy couldn't answer.
Nuke found his hands pushing the hero away and running out the room, tears threatening to fall from his eyes. Foot after foot, he ran all the way to the exit, unaware of anything around him. As the cool breeze hit his body, the villain was met with a bunch of blue and red lights that blinded his vision. Sirens filled the air as people's cries tried to overtake them. How did Nuke not notice the sirens? In fact he didn't hear anything, he didn't even hear his own breathing.
"Nuke you are under arrest!" Shouted a cop. Normally the villain would just use his powers but he couldn't move. He felt weak and useless as he stared at the cop. There was no running now, the cops were all closing in on him. Helicopters flew around in the air, most likely recording all of this. The cops must have been a little skeptical when the villain didn't move or show any signs of escaping. Finally a cop managed to get cuffs around the villain which shocked him.
"W-wait please don't do this!" Shouted Nuke. The cops didn't listen and pushed him into a car, locking the door and hopping in. "Thank you for making this easy Mr. Nuke." The cop's voice was quiet and low, something the boy wouldn't expect from a police officer. Nuke felt like crying but he knew he shouldn't, he didn't want the cop to see that he was scared and upset. The car drove away from the scene, Nuke never getting a glance and Ender again.
