This is Feira. She is supposed to be a jackal, and yes, it's a Sonic oc. She has a portion of the Phantom Ruby's power due to being sent there to many times. She was born into a mercenary family, and after the age of 10, she sets out to find her father. She finds him as the villain, and a few years later, he is defeated. Feira afterwards finds out how dark the world is, so she took on a smile and fought with one, even if near death. The only ways to kill her would be blood loss, or over-use of the Phantom Ruby's power.
