Atsushi ended up having to scoot in in order to use the blanket. They also asked the driver up if they could raise the temperature a bit. (I'm totally not the driver ☺️)
Now that they're all cozy and warm (OMG THATS LITERALLY SO CUTE TO IMAGINE AWH)
Atsushi ended up falling asleep rather quickly, but the same can't be said for akutagawa

-time skip 30 minutes or so-

Akutagawa was pretty close to falling asleep when he felt something on his shoulder
(Screaming crying throwing up this is so-)
Atsushi had fallen to the side and is now leaning on Akutagawa.
Normally, he's push him off aggressively but something was stopping him from doing so.

(Omg wait, like when a cat is on your lap and you don't want to disturb it omg)

He decided to ignore it and try to sleep again when he felt something else brush up against him.
He looked downwards to find that Atsushi's ability had come out again
He sighed, "Stupid Jinko..", Atsushi's ear flicked
Akutagawa shifted Atsushi's head slightly so that is ear wouldn't brush up against him.
Atsushi, however leant in closer, practically cuddling Akutagawa

Akutagawa feel his face flare up as he glanced at the younger boy (👦)

Akutagawa slowly grew more and more bold the longer Atsushi slept.

'I wonder what his fur feels like.'
Akutagawa realized what he just thought and quickly shooed away the growing temptation, growing more flushed by the second.

He looked out the window and admired the night hoping it would clear his head from these strange thoughts.
'I'm just tired, that's all.' (he lied to himself 💀)
He glanced back at Atsushi's peaceful face. It was hard to ignore these thoughts when the man in question is sleeping on your shoulder.
'Maybe if I just touch it it'll go away (the thoughts)'

Akutagawa brought up his right hand to touch Atsushi's ear, which retreated backwards

'It's soft but coarse..' he continues to stroke (I hate that word bro 🙂) his ear.
Atsushi shifted slightly but did not wake.
Suddenly a low rumbling noise came from Atsushi's chest.
'What is that-' he looked downwards questioningly at Atsushi

(I wonder if Akutagawa even knows what purring is canonically💀😭)

'Is he purring???' His eyes widened slightly in suprise.

"Oooo it's getting good, come here slug!" Dazai exclaimed

"You aren't gonna let me leave, are you?" Chu Chu sighed (chu chu💀)
