Demon hunting

About wo weeks later.

S and L stood in front of a big door and a sign with Demon may cry written on it.

S: There were multiple reports of demons in vale. Opening a Demon hunting business is the perfect way to earn a good amount of cash. After all, even Zodiacs have to pay taxes and our Zodiac friends aren't the richest ones. So why not help them.

L: You say it.  The sign arrived a bit late but it was worth waiting.

 S: I hope Sun returns sooner or later. There are an ungodly amount of demon sightings and almost all of them are about the extremly dangerous ones. I still don't know why he just left in the middle of the night but I'm sure he has his reasons for that.

L: I'm sure he'll be back in no time. 

S: Speaking about time, isn't Red supposed to be here? She said she wanted to help.

L: It's five in the morning. Wait at least a few hours.

About three hours later.

Arisha and Red arrived at Demon may cry.

Arisha: So, what do you two need help with?

S: A group of Empursa Queens destroyed a camp settlement and are approaching smaller settlements. 

Arisha: I'll take care of them. Just give me the document and the motorcycle keys and I'll do the rest.

S gave Arisha a brown envelope and keys to a motorcycle.

S: Be careful with it. Cavaliere-B may be a weapon but it's a vehicle too and we have no insurace on it and she's gone.  Whatever. Red, can you take a look at a few places in the forest? We have multiple claims of Beowulf sightings. 

Red: You mean that winged creature from the demon attack a few months ago?

S: Exactly. It shouldn't be too dangerous since it's blind on one eye and lost it's right claw after it encountered you. 

Red: I'll take care of it. 

S: Exellent. Here, this document contains everything else. 

S opened a portal leading to the nearby forest for Red. She walked through and found herself on a pile of dead Empusas and a trail of blood leading deeper into the forest. Claw marks could be found on the trees. However, they were only on one side. 

Red: <<That could be the Beowulf.>>

She followed the trail deeper into the forest and found multiple piles of dead demons. Mostly Empusas but also some Furys, Riots and even three Behemoths.

Red: What the hell happened here? Who or what killed all these demons? 

She continued to follow the trail until she arrived at a completely destroyed area. The trees were laying aon the ground, twigs were laying everywhere and in the middle was a dead Beowulf with countless wounds caused by a scythe.

Red: Sun.

A faint scream could be heard in the distance.

Red: That wasn't a demon. That's a human!

She ran eve deeper into the forest and arrived at a cliff with a pile of torn appart robots and   ruins on top of the cliff.  The  sound of blades clashing came could be heard and a sword landed right next to Red seconds later. A familiar figure was standing at the edge while holding a cloaked figure by the throat and held a glowing heart in the other hand. Then they dropped the cloaked figure and turned away. Red took a look at the cloaked one revealing wires and circuit boards underneath a familiar mask and a wanted poster with Sun on it.

Red: A Zodiac robot?! That means the other one was Sun.

She transformed into a bird and flew up to the ruins and returned to her normal form. Suns was sitting on a pillar and a small scythe wielding creature was flying around him.

Red: Sun, what are you doing here?

Sun: Go back to the others. It's not safe here. 

Red: We already defeated tons of demons. We can make this forest safe again.

Sun: The masked Zodiacs are trying to hunt me down. If I go back it would bring the others in danger.

Red: But-

Sun: Please, just go back.

Red: You can't just wait for them to eventually kill you. You're strong but so are they. 

Sun: That's my problem.

Red: I'm not leaving without you.

Sun summoned his scythe and jumped off the pillar.

Sun: I guess I'll have to make you leave then.

Sun waited until Red summoned her daggers. The two circled around each other for a while until Red jumped forward and tried to hit Sun with a diwnslash but he blocked it easily and kicked her into a bearby rock and tried to hit her with a diagonal uppercut but only hit the ring on her ear causing it to release a few sparks and Sun's scythe git teleporter out of his hand and was now stuck in a pillar.

Red: What  the heck? Give up, you are unarmed.

Sun: I've still got an ace up my sleeve and it's not me.

A pair of gauntlests and boots manifested around Sun, who immediately dashed at Red and threw punch after punch at her. This eventually resulted in him hitting one of Red's earrings, which set a ton of electricity free and knocked Sun out. Red picked him with help from the little scythe wielding thing up and brought him back to the radio station.
