The Twin Trick

Antonia and Sea are completely identical. The only way to tell them apart is their personality differences and the fact that Sea has two small freckles on her shoulder, which could easily be disguised with good acting and makeup. Not that many people noticed anyway.

They had been swapping places since they were seven. It started innocently; Sea would pretend to be Antonia and take her Saturday night babysitting job every now and again if Antonia wanted to go out with her boyfriend. Antonia would pretend to be Sea if she wanted to go late night surfing. But it eventually started to get more extreme. Antonia would disappear with her friends for days and Sea would have to pretend to be both of them at the same time, they could just never be in the same room at the same time of course. They got so good at pretending to be each other that Sea even sat Antonia's chemistry exam for her. It was brilliant and dangerous all at once.

So what happens when a boy comes along? Who will want him and who he will want are two completely different things. After all, you can never truly know who you're falling in love with when your girlfriend has an identical twin. Especially when one of them goes missing.
