The Horror

Chris blows a horn waking up the campers. After the Campers get ready they all sit on the bleachers placed in front of a stage closed by curtains. Two Separated bleachers one for the gophers the other for the Killer Bass.

"Are we gonna see a musical? I love musicals. Especially the ones with singing and dancing. Heh." Lindsay says to both Izzy and Heather sitting opposite from her.

"Gwen! Vera! Saved you a seat." Trent pats the spot next to him, as Vera sits next to Trent and Gwen next to Vera.

"Thanks." Both Vera and Gwen says as they sit down all of them staring at each other smiling. Cody walks up sitting next to Trent trying to copy his seating. Layer back, Cody falls backwards. Chris then walks in the middle of the stage.

"Welcome to our brand new deluxe state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater! Okay, this week's challenge is a summer camp favorite. A talent contest!" Chris announces to campers.

"Yes! Awesome!" Owen excitedly yells standing up for a second.

"Each team has eight hours to pick their three most talented campers. These three will represent them in the show tonight. Sing, dance, juggle. Anything goes, as long as it's legal." Chris continues. The twins squeal. Duncan snaps.

"You'll be judged by our resident talent scout, former DJ, VJ, and rap legend, Grand Master Chef, who will show his approval via the Chef-o-Meter." Chris says pointing upwards.

"The team that loses will send one camper home tonight. Good luck."

Heather blows a whistle as the Screaming Gophers sit on the stairs to their cabin. Pulling out a clipboard, Heather is ready to find the three people.

"Okay. I'm the team captain, so here's how it's going to work." Heather announces in front of the team.

"Wait. Who said you were team captain?" Gwen asked as she stands up.

"She did, just now." Lindsay replied.

"Lindsay, Beth, and I took a vote and I won." Heather also replied.

"Threatening them to vote for you isn't exactly democratic." Gwen said back.

"Hey. Snagged you an extra muffin." Trent said to Gwen as he walked now with the group not knowing what was going on.

"Trent. You're cool with me leading this project, aren't you?" Heather asks Trent.

"Right on, go for it." Trent replies

"Good. Beth, Lindsay, and I will be the judges." Heather announces as Gwen sighs.

"Whatever."

On the killer bass side the twins are dancing as the others watch, in shock. When heir finished Courtney shakes her head.

Back on the Screaming gophers side Owen drinks gallon.

"Are you gonna audition?" Trent whispers to both Gwen and Vera.

"Doubtful. You should be in this though. I heard you the other night by the dock. You're really good." Gwen replies.

"Not just good it was incredible, I'm sure the other team has nothing on you." Vera adds looking at Trent as he smiles back. Just then Owen burps the entire alphabet. The boy happily surprised while the girls stared in disgust. The boys cheer. Trent walking up to Owen high-fiving.

"That was excellent, man." Trent cheers as Heather scoffs, rolling her eyes.

"Well, you're not going to do that in the contest, that's disgusting." Heather points out.
