Boruto POV
      I wasn't feeling so well this past few day so I want to the hospital to get myself checked out. I just saw the doctor and I did some tests. I'm just sitting here waiting for the result. Himawari is waiting for me at home. She got worried when she saw me coughing up some blood in the bathroom yesterday and she demanded me to see the doctor today and she's waiting for the results at home and she doesn't want me to lie to her about it. I got a feeling she getting emotionally ready for the worst case scenario.
     I waited for hours until my name was call. I walk up to the nurse and the nurse  take me to the doctor. I walk in to the doctor office "hi doctor is anything wrong." I ask the doctor look at me a take a deep breath "sorry little one but do you know if I can your parents become this not something you alone can handle." I shake my head both my parents are busy my mother was with Hyūga and my dad it to busy with the hokage business and plus I don't want them to know.
     The refuse to tell a child like me a devastating diagnosis so I need to think of something so I picked up my phone and dialed a few numbers but none of them picked up except for Sarada but it wasn't even sarada who picked up it was some else "Hello this is the Uchiha household how can my daughter help you she's busy right now "Hi I'm sarada friends Uzumaki Boruto and I'm in the Hospital apparently the doctor have traumatizing news to tell me and I need an adult tell sarada that when she free get her mother and help me out." I told that person on the other side without even listening to what the person had to say and hanged up.
      The doctor looked at me " is someone coming for you?" The doctor ask. I Shrugged my shoulders " I don't know that my parents are busy I called my friend to have her mother come she's a medical Ninja but person on the other side said they were busy so I really don't know." The doctor shake his head " well boy it seems like you have to be hospitalized then because I don't feel safe letting you out there on your own without some form of supervision." The doctor told me. I looked at the doctor confused " why don't you feel safe let me go home? what do I have? why are you not telling me?" I panicked and shot at doctor.
      The doctor was about to answer until someone entered the room. It was a man long hair that covers one of his eyes and dark cape "Hello I'm look for Uzumaki Boruto." I look at the man with confusion I never met the man before but I have feeling I know who it is "you dad best friend are you not. You must be Uchiha Sasuke. " I ask him. He walked over to me and nodded. The doctors look at both of us "Ok what relationship do you have with this child here?" The doctor asks Sasuke. Sasuke answered "I'm really good friends with this child's father." The doctor nodded.
     The doctor looked through the binder with my diagnosis and he took a deep breath "tell the child parents that their child got a terminal illness and it a form of cancer it call Acute lymphoblastic  leukemia. Without treatment the child at best can live for a year and a half. With treatment we can control the cancer but it a possibility that it will relapse." The doctor say. I was shocked "wait my little sister is a home waiting for me to give her good news that I'm fine you just gave me the opposite of I'm fine. I promise her I spent her birthday next year and it's more than a year and a half." I said in tears hoping all this is a joke.
     The doctor took my hand "I sorry kid I wish it was a joke." With that statement I  hyperventilated and start to shake and I lose consciousness. It took a while for me to gain Consciousness again how long was it. I feel so much pain so dizzy almost as if something struck me. I feel like the doctor said something his hand was on my wrist. I ask out of  nowhere "am I dying?" The nurse scream "we got a reaction." The doctor said "good get him on the stretcher and get him in a room!" That was the last thing I heard before I go unconscious again.
        I woke up in the hospital bed in a hospital room I was trying to move around and was in so much pain but someone stopped  me "Boruto stop. You need to rest so don't move. We just got you back so please son don't overworked yourself again." I heard the person speak. Son? Wait mom? Dad?. I turn around to find my dad "Dad why are you here?" I ask my father. My dad look at me with sadness his ocean blue is fill with tears "Why didn't you tell me or your mother that you were not feeling well." He said. I look at him with uncertainty "Dad I thought it was just a bug but I guess it more then that. I'm sorry." I said to him about to cry.
      Sasuke must have told my father about everything. He must have during the time I was out. Now my father is right doting over me. Every cough signal him to call the doctor to have me checked out. "Dad you don't have to do this. It little overwhelming." I whine to my father. My father want over to me and lay me down "Baby. I don't want what happened before happened again." He told me gently.
     It took a while but me and Sasuke managed to convince my father go back to work at the hokage office. I was just laying here waiting for Sasuke to come back with my food. The doctor gave him the list of food I'm not allowed to eat but there not much on the list. While I was reading someone came into my Hospital room. I look up to see a little  girl who carrying her little stuffed bunny with her she also a hospital patient because of her hospital gown. I looked at her and she looked at me. I smile  and signal her to come over.
