Alright, let's take a rewind to learn a bit about our Knight, Sir Lionel. I mean, why is this Knight so overprotective about Prince Issac anyways? Let's personally "interview" him.
TW: Mentions of Child Abuse
...Hello, I am Sir Lionel of the Fawn Knights. I am the Prince's personal Knight. If you're going to face him you will have to face my sword first! Oh? My past? Why I want to be a Knight? Well, since you want a story, I'll give you one.
When I was born, I was born into a family of bandits. They stole, lie, cheated, and all of the poor behavior you can think of. I wasn't like my family at all. I was the Middle child, the odd one out. But it wasn't that either. Crime did not feel so good, it just wasn't right. At the ripe age of 8, I was forced to steal bread from a stand in the village. When I was about to grab the loaf, I thought about how hard it must've been to make it in the first place, and to even have it on display. I couldn't do it. At home, every time I failed to bring food to the table, I got a slap on the wrist. Over, and over, and over. Luckily, it wasn't as bad as when one of my siblings were caught by Knights. That's when they got a serious beating. Of course, this was normal, and it wasn't that bad in my case. Where I live, kids were beaten all over. It was bad. I would count myself lucky. Eventually, at 13, I had enough. I wanted to become a Knight, and leave the dysfunctional home I was born in. So, I ran away to tryout for the Fawn Knights. If this was a quick story, I would've claimed that I passed tryouts the first time, but that was not true at all. I was weak, and the Knights had said I was "stupid" or "mentally ill." I didn't give up though. I kept fighting, and trying out. Finally, on my 14th birthday I passed. It took blood, sweat, and tears. But I did it, and once I made it, I did not let the opportunity go to waste. I have a serious problem. I have to be perfect. I'm on time early, during training I'm front in line, and I always warm up before the Grand Master visits. Despite this, nobody wanted to assign me to a job. That was until a week after my 15th birthday. I was assigned with the mission that would change things for me for the rest of my life as a Knight. What I think about Prince Issac? Why he is under my care, I love his presence a lot. I like his warm smile and his funny stories. His messy hair brings out his perfect face as well. How could anyone not like him? It isn't just me you know.
What I think about Krissilia? She can be a serious pain at times, but I have some sort of appreciation for her. She keeps me on my feet. Krissilia seems to have it out for me. I can fight 100 bandits, but my biggest battle would have to be against Krissilia. She's a strong little fairy.
