"Ok let's do this"
We began playing a racing game and she kept beating me in every round.
"Hey, your really good"
I said beginning to get competitive, that was until i was knocked from my senses into the 'crisis' we currently are dealing with.

RUBY POV————————————————

Suddenly we heard a voice coming from behind us making me jump and both of us turn our heads to meet Amber and the others.
"What are you two doing over there, we have a crisis on hand!" Amber complained which was probably because i was silently playing in the backround and not you know engaging in the converstation.
'Wait... what where we even here for again?  Ohh yeah the music' I thought and we both got up frantically heading over to each other's sides ,me on the princesses and James on the prince's.
"Well, you guys are being too loud with your music. We're trying to have a sleepover here also" Amber said pointing at the boys then at the big music speaker behind them.
I could see James staring at me through my preferal vision, I turned to look at him before he started to speak.
"Why don't you guys just join us , and-"
James was about to say when he got cut off
"Yes, and we wouldn't need to bicker" Hugo said making Desmond stand up to say
"That's true Hugo, also this room is too big for only four people"  and with that, we quickly realised that we should all get our items for the sleepover and as the commotion was about to strike, Amber of course had to say her last word.

"ok that's settled now, we've all agreed that we are enlarging this sleepover to fit four more people" she said with a flick of her hair which gave the prince's confused looks 

"enlarging?" James scoffs "you girls are lucky that we're even sharing this room" he said with his arms crossed in a playful manner. 'James seems like a nice guy,' I thought to myself, its a shame that we haven't met sooner, with me being friends with Sofia for as long as I can remember, being before she moved into the castle I cant believe this is one of the first times we are speaking.

"yeah yeah, don't get too hard-headed Prince"

they had a point. It would be way more efficient to just merge the sleepover, then we could have more fun. Also so I could use Desmond's Game console. It was a win win.

And with that we all dispersed from the huge room and we collected the stuff we needed for the sleepover from our room to the master room.

After we all agreed on meeting up at 8.30pm after finishing up doing whatever it is everyone needed to do, of course I was going to be the last one back. Once I arrived at our old room I took forever to find my bag of necessities and opted to keep them in this room for obvious reasons, once I went in I only saw Cleo and that was all, I realized soon that the other princesses seem to do everything pretty fast, that be getting changed, finding something or even walking, I see them walking at a faster pace than me and Jade, it must be a royal prep thing.

As I finally got everything ready I began to head out of our old room and trekked to the new one, (and yes I said trekked, this castle is a forest) 

when walking I seemed to notice my bag getting heavier and heavier, I don't know what was happening but it certainly felt like a 20k ton of bricks in my bag. I started to get slower and my bag was beginning to drag on the floor, that was until a pale, long hand reached out for my bag just in time to save me from my embarrassment, i looked over to see who was holding onto my ultra heavy bag and it was as if my mouth flung wide open with shock.

"that looks a little heavy for you, let me help" Said Hugo as he swung it across his arms to get a better grip on the bag, walking towards the room.

"I-uhm didn't know you were here.."

he let out a small chuckle "what in the castle? I thought I made my presence clear" he said as he turned around to face me. 'Stupid stupid stupid' i kept replaying in my head. Great first impression Ruby, way to go!

"Oh! no- I meant I thought everyone was already in the room... its pretty empty here" I tried to explain myself to hide myself from the embarrassment.

He suddenly leaned in closer to my face, making me move backwards, I could see his face more clearly, he certainly had a princely face if you could call it that.. his small scars that you could only see at this proximity on his eyebrow... there was no hiding it. I knew my face was as red as a tomato.

Hugo leaned back quickly and smirked "your lucky I was here to help you with this enormous bag, I don't think Zandar could handle it even if he tried" He laughed a little as he turned around and walked off into the distance, carrying the bag as if it was a feather on his shoulders and fully opening the door, met with the faces of the princes and princesses in  ready made circle.

all eyes looking at me and Hugo as we enter the room.

'what have I got myself into..'

A/N --- YAYAYYAYAYA WE FINALLY FINISHED THIS DREADFUL CHAPTER!! i really needed to finish this so I could get all the backround information and stuff done to get into the plot ect... I HOPE YOUR LIKING IT SO FAR! also please give some interaction like comments or voted of what you would like for this to go so I have some sort of motivation
