TIME TO ADD A NEW STORYYYYYYYYY~!
RED'S POV
***
I crossed my arms. Blue was late.
Again.
My patience with the man was wearing thin- I know he can do better. But, since his falling-out with the professor, he hasn't been himself.
Alcohol can do that to a person.
My silence doesn't help either. Since I don't talk anymore, I usually listen to Blue, and his conversations are far from sober these days.
It's awful to watch.
All I can do is watch.
I saw his car pull up, and he stumbled out, holding a bottle.
-Are you REALLY driving with a bottle of GIN?! - I signed furiously.
"Actually... it's whiskey...." Blue slurred, leaning against the car hood.
- That's not my point! I told you you had to be sober for this! -
"Well, nowadays I'm far from sober, aren't I? Whatever. I'm not as far gone as you think I am."
He smiled his charming smile, and I screwed up my face, trying not to just give in and smile along.
Blue looked across the parking lot for a moment, and threw his half-empty bottle of whiskey at a big rock on the curb. It shattered into millions of little shards.
- Blue! -
"What? I got rid of it, didn't I?"
I sighed and went to go help him walk- he said he wasn't far gone, but I really didn't believe him. Blue hugged me, not understanding.
This is going to be a long night.

We were sitting in a booth together, Blue's head on the table, and our sides pressed into each other. I messed with his hair, running my fingers through it.
I sighed.
Blue raised his head. "Wanna... go... home..." he muttered, leaning against me.
- Not yet. -
" Whyyyyyy? I'm bored and tired..."
- And drunk. Just a little longer, and I'll take you home. -
"Auuuugh. Fine."
Blue put up with it for all of five minutes.
Then he passed out and I carried him to my truck. I could bring him back to get his car later.
I shook Blue's shoulder gently once we were in my truck, and he opened his eyes.
"What?"
- How did you fall out with the professor? -
"He didn't like who I'd chosen to marry."
- Oh. -
"Yeah."
- Who- -
"No one. They would never accept anyway-"
- They? Is it not a girl? -
"Uhhhhh..."
- It's not... Who is it- -
"You're not mad..." He murmured. "He's not... Know what? I'm not telling you. Just drop it."
- But Blue, I could help- -
"No... I said... no..." He was drifting off again. I sighed, turned the key in the ignition, and started driving.

As soon as I reached his house, I unlocked Blue's door with his spare house key, and found every bottle of alcohol- whether it be gin, whiskey, wine, you name it- and drained all the bottles. Then I chucked them all into my truck bed.
I went and got Blue, and laid him down in his bed. He woke for a few minutes to take his shoes off, and take off his belt, but otherwise he was still asleep.
He started twitching and whining after a while though, and I sighed. This happened every time. I would have to get in the bed with him, and hold him until he quieted. If I tried to get up, he would cling to me like a lifeline. I kicked off my shoes, and crawled into the sheets.
Blue wrapped his arms around me, and I cuddled him close. I didn't mind it at all.
Pikachu scrambled across Blue's bedside table, and knocked down a pokeball. It opened.

Blue's POV
I really wasn't as wasted as Red thought. I saw - just barely - Pikachu knock Abra's pokeball to the floor, and felt the presence of Abra's telekinesis in my head.
Hello Abra.
Hello Master.
What did I tell you about calling me Master?
Sorry Master.
Abra teleported in front of my face- though I didn't open my eyes, I knew Abra was there.
Abra? Can you hear me? That was Red's mind-voice, suddenly connecting with Abra's- and with mine. I completely shut every thought out. Silence filled my head. I heard Abra answer.
Yes, I am here, Master Red.
Master is not a title I deserve. Tell me, what is Blue thinking at the moment?
I mumbled and turned, trying to hide my face without making it look obvious that I wasn't asleep.
Would you like me to project his dreams? At the moment he is thinking nothing. Simply dreaming.
Yes.
Abra's awesome. I did my best to think of a scenario, and imagined it in my head. Abra found a blank spot on the wall and projected it.
I was walking through the street, looking around. There was a velvet box in my pocket, and I fingered it, thinking without words. I saw someone on the street, and yelled for them without sound.
The person turned around.
Red.
I hugged him- imagination him, of course- and looked up at him. He smiled, and pushed me back a little after a moment. I started talking, rushed sentences all jumbling together. Red laughed, and signed a question. I smiled warmly at him, and got down on one knee. I opened the velvet box, and he accepted with a wide smile.
This was what I really wanted, more than anything. More than Father and I making up. I wanted him to love me.
But he would never.
WAIT I JUST SHOWED HIM THAT-
