Skid and Pump

This is where the reader backs up Skid and Pump or idk😭😭

[Third person POV]

Y/n was inside their house. They were watching through their TV, switching channel to channel.

Y/n murmured and dangled their hand off the couch, throwing their head back. "There's nothing to watch!" They complained, they took a deep breathe and turned the TV off. "Man it's even halloween.." They said.

They needed something to entertain them, something that could make this day less boring.

It's halloween..

Y/n then smiled as they got off the couch. "Yes, it's Halloween! Maybe I could run to the candy store, and get some candy! Then give the trick or treaters candy, it's still early anyways!" Y/n exclaimed, they then ran to get their favorite coat and get their house keys. Y/n then checked their pockets to see if they had any money with them, and they luckily did! It was probably around fifty-five dollars. They then put on their shoes and rushed out, locked the door and began to sprint to the candy store.

'I wish I can a car.' They thought. 'Maybe I can afford it if I find an actual well paid job.'

They tried not to run into any kid who was walking by, and tried to make sure nothing flew out of their pockets.

Minutes passed of sprinting, and Y/n spotted the candy shop nearby. They grinned as they sped up, but right before they made it something caught their attention.

There was two little kids. One was dressed up as a skeleton and the other a pumpkin.

Y/n stopped and watched the two.

"Isn't those two kids my friends complain to me about..?" Y/n asked themselves.

Their friends always talked about these annoying little kids who would be causing trouble around town. Earlier today, they broke one of their doors.

Why haven't Y/n heard of them before?

As Y/n watched, they noticed a trio of older kids woth hats on, and they approached the younger ones.

Y/n was concerned, they began to follow the two little kids on costumes and hid behind a nearby object to listen to them.

Skid and Pump walked out of the candy store holding bags of candy, they were smiling as they walked down the street. "Wow Skid we have alot of candy!" Pump said, Skid nodded. "Mhm! We should get even more!" He said, they both snickered before someone approached them.

"Hey losers! What do you have here?"

The two then got pushed back and fell onto the hard sidewalk. "Ouch!" Pump grunted, Skid looked up and saw Roy.

"Oh, hi! We just have candy!" He said with a smile, Roy chuckled as he bent down. "Oh really?" He said, Skid nodded.

"Well you wouldn't mind if I... TAKE it right?" He said as he snatched the candy bags away from Skid and Pump, they both gasped and stood up immediately. "Give that back!" Skid exclaimed. "We got those by ourselves!" Pump pouted. "Well to bad, they are mine now!" Roy said as he raised his arms up to keep the candy bags away from Skid and Pump's grasp.

"Dude.. don't you think you're being a little to.. mean?" Ross said from behind Roy. "Yeah.. Maybe you should give it back.." Robert also said. Roy groaned and turned to look at Ross and Robert. "Are you seriously on their side? Plus, you needed candy to bring back to your sister right?" Roy said, Robert rubbed his arm and sighed. "Yes but I don't want to steal candy.." He mumbled, Roy scoffed and pushed the two kids back with his leg, causing them to fall again. "Whatever, if you don't want it I'll have it." He said, he then just began to walk off..

"What do you think you're doing?"

Roy stopped and turned around, to see someone standing behind Skid and Pump.

Robert and Ross widened their eyes, and backed away from Roy, avoiding trouble. Roy then felt scared, he hid the candy bag behind his back and nervously smiled. "Oh heeeyy..." He laughed.

Y/n, who was behind the kids. They sighed put their hand on their hip. "Why are you taking their candy?" They asked, Roy chuckled nervously. "Oh uh.. I wasn't! I was just gonna take some.." He said, Y/n glared slightly at him and sighed. "I know who you're mother is, I could just tell her what you're doing right now.." They said, Roy got a wave of anxiety and widened his eyes. "Wait.. WHAT?? UHM-" Roy began to stutter, worried about what Y/n just said. Y/n sighed and reached their hand out. "Pass the candy, and then you could go." Y/n said.

Roy glared at them and murmured, as he threw the candy into Y/n's palm.

Y/n stared at Ross and Robert, who flinched and smiled nervously.

"...You guys can have one bag." Y/n said as they threw a bag at the two. Ross and Robert was quite surprised, but they both smiled and looked at Y/n. "Thanks!" They both said. "What about me??" Roy said, Y/n sighed. "Just take some of their's, like how you were gonna do with these two." Y/n said, they then helped Skid and Pump up and bent down to them. "Hey, I could buy you guys more candy, alright?" Y/n said, they both beamed up and grinned. "REALLYYY??" They both said at the same time with excitement shown on their faced. Y/n chuckled. "Mhm, let's go now." Y/n said as they got back up and began to walk towards the candy store, Skid and Pump followed them happily.

Guess their just gonna use most of their money buying candies for these two. Well, they aren't as annoying as their friends described them to be. They were actually adorable kids.
