How did we end up here?

chapter 1

Simon's pov:
"Charles you have been in that bathroom 30 minutes! I swear to god that your boyfriend will not care how your hair looks. By the end of the day you guys have made out more times than I can count and trust me he will put his hands into your hair!" Omg how long is he going to be there I need to take a shower. "Shut up Simon! I need to look presentable and don't forget that the-" "Crown Prince will be there yeah yeah I really don't care." I said annoyed.

"Please Simon atleast put something other than whatever this is on!" "I would but I have to shower first Charles! By the way what were their names again?" "Simon their names are Nick Nelson. He has blond hair and freckles. The crown princes name is Wilhelm and call him like that because he doesn't like when people call him your highness on the crown prince." I think I got it but I am not really sure. "What are you wearing then Simon?" "A black button up and some black dress pants." "No jewellery then?" Oh shit I totally forgot. "Thank you Charlie! Love you!" "Love you too!" Jewellery jewellery jewellery... I think these."What do you think of those rings and that chain?" "Ohhh good choice." I really need shoes though. I don't like wearing dress shoes but Charlie wouldn't allow me out otherwise. I think they are in my closet. "Where are my shoes?" He always knows where something is. "In your closets floor on the right. Why do I always have to tell you the same thing huh?" I got my shoes and answered "I don't know but I am going to take a shower now."

After the shower I got dressed and I did look good. "How many buttons am I leaving open?" I yelled. "Three." Three buttons. Is he crazy? Charlie continued "so Wilhelms life would be easier." What?! The fuck is he talking about? "What the fuck you mean by that?" I am shocked. Why is he like that? "Because I know you guys will sleep together or atleast make out tonight." Omg why is my best friend like this?

Charlie's pov:
Nick texted that they are here so we can come down. "Nick texted that they are here so let's go!" Omg why do I live with him again? Because I love my best friend. I heard that he is putting his shoes on so I already went out of the door. "Charlie wait!" I am already waiting does he think I would leave him by himself? It isn't safe because last time I did that he...

Flashback:
I come home and find Simon on the floor with bruises all over his body and some broken ribs. I call the ambulance and they take him away. I go with him and stay by his side all the time I can.

It's two days later and he woke up. "What happened?" I said on a calming voice. "My father came and wanted money for alcohol and drugs. I told him no and when I said that he started looking through drawers and when I pulled him off he started beating me up." Omg... "Call the police Charlie and have him arrested... please." Of course I will call the police. "I am going to be right back." When I was out of the hospital I called "Hello! I would like to report a crime..."

end of flashback.

I saw Simon coming and he asked "Are you ok?" I thought about it and said "I'm fine. Let's go now shall we?" I hope we don't need to talk about it tonight I really need a fun night now so I don't have to think about bad things like my eating disorder... I am already thinking about bad things. "Halloooo? Charlieeeee?" He said waving his hand in front of my face. "Yeah yeah sorry..." I hugged him. "What's wrong C?" "Nothing I just needed a hug." He's eyes are caring and his voice is sweet as sugar. "You know you can always talk to me about anything that is hurting you. I care about your feelings and you. Don't ever forget that!" He hugged me once more and then said "Come on Charlie. They are waiting for us and we have stood here over five minutes. Let's go!"
