Chapter 1♥

It was a normal morning at Hogwarts the birds were chirping and the sun was rising- "PADS HURRY WE ARE ALREADY LATE TO BREAKFAST" yelled James Potter while he sat on the bed, him, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew were waiting on Sirius Black while he was getting ready in the bathroom because Sirius asked them to wait on him.

" you know every time he does this we're most of the time late so why do you even say that you'll stay?" Remus said while he had his nose in his book, he was reading Narnia again and he had no problem with waiting on Sirius because he was so into the book.

"because i think will for once in his life HURRY UP" James shouted again he sighs and looks at the clock when he sees the time he panics "Dammit not only if we go now will we get a lecture from Minnie, they will probably not have my tarts anymore" he said while frowning.

Peter pipes in "if you want I will try to grab any i see for u Prongs?" Peter knew how much those tarts meant to James and hated how upset he looked.

"I was just joking Wormtail but thanks for the offer" James grumbled he really just wanted to stand up and storm over to that bathroom grab Sirius by stupid hair and-

*BAM* The bathroom door swings open and there stands a smirking Sirius "James, Prongs my dear friend you can't rush perfection and besides you would choose me over you tarts anyway right?" said Sirius

"Thats what you think Pads anyway im gonna go to breakfast now" James mumbled while walking away and through the dorm door

Sirius chuckled but then he fully thought about what James said "HEY what do you mean thats what you think- hey Prongs don't walk away from me PRONGS" Sirius ran after James while screaming at him

Remus smiled, he  put his book away and said "Cmon Wormtail lets go i bet ur as hungry as i am" Peter nodded and together they caught up to James and Sirius just as the were about to open the door but when they did all eyes went to them because Dumbledore was in the middle of a speech

Mcgonagall storms over to them and starts lightly pushing them to their table while saying "You four are in big trouble, detention later for being late and for barging in when Professor Dumbledore was making an announcement!!"

"Announcement? i thought he was making another bloody boring speech" said James wide-eyed, all four looked at each other in nervousness, scared they missed something important.

Mcgonagall looked at James with stern eyes and said "language Mister Potter and yes Announcement so sit down and keep silent" she ushered them to their seats and went to sit back down.

"-So don't be afraid if u see a dark orb floating above your head that just means your the lucky chosen one although it is highly unlikely. That is all have a nice breakfast " said Dumbledore as he finished with the announcement.

Everyone started to eat the food that they already had grabbed before Dumbledore started talking and when James looked over where the tarts normally were he saw that there were none left James cursed and said to Sirius loudly "Dammit Pads they don't have my tarts this is all your bloody fault."

"Let me guess" said Marlene McKinnon "he took to long in the mirror to enlarge his ego and the cost of it was James's tart?" Marlene is in the same year as them and has a habit for pushing Sirius's buttons, she was also one of Lily Evans best friend.

"Cost of it? I think you mean that he saved it from Potter's Toe-rag's face" said Lily Evans, if you asked James to describe her you would have list that goes on for infinity and everything would be positive except one.

She's best-friends with James's nemesis, since First-year James has had a huge crush on Lily even though Lily hates his guts because he and Sirius prank and bully Snape a lot, But James will never give up he will keep sending her gifts, love-letters and more because he loves her and he knows for sure that one day she will love him too.

"How are you my Lily-flower did you see the gift i gave you" said James trying to sound lovingly but failed miserably.

Lily fake-laughed and said "No because the minute i saw who it was from i threw it in the trash and stop giving me bloody gifts can't u take a hint."

James frowned and looked very sad so to cheer him up peter gave him something and said "Here I m-managed to get a tart for you Prongs" 

James looked up and immediately became happier when he saw the tart, he grabbed it and said "Thanks wormtail you're one of the best friends i could ask for" that made Peter smile too but Sirius on the other hand 

"HEY what about me i thought i was your best mate!?!" grumbled Sirius. James laughed with his mouth full and was about to respond but then he was gaping at something above Sirius head, Sirius looked at him weird and then looked around the entire hall had gone silent as they all looked in Sirius's way. He raised his eyebrows and said loudly "I know im gorgeous but you all don't have to stare!"

Remus still in shock slowly tapped Sirius's shoulder and said "uhh Pads maybe you should look at the top of your head" 

Sirius looked at him in confusion but did as Remus said- "WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS THAT"
