CHAPTER 23

Aidan POV

"Y/N?" I said reaching my hand out for her to hold it.
"Yes?" She smiled taking hold of my hand.
"I need to tell you something that may upset you"
Her smile faded and she nodded.
"I'm leaving tomorrow..." I winced.
"What?!?" She said sitting up.
"Yeah I'm sorry I need to carry on filming the umbrella academy remember, I'm only visiting for my break..."
Her heart seemed to shatter.
"How will I see you?" She said suppressing tears.
"Well we can still call but it would but long distance for a while though. Just until filming is over"
"Oh" she said as a tear ran down her face.
"Oh please don't cry Y/N!" I said starting to tear up too.
"I promise we will spent every send with each other up until the airport!"i added hoping for her to cheer up a little.
"Yeah ok" she smiled then sipping her hot drink.

After Costa we went for a little walking around the park and went for some lunch at a subway to make the most of the rest of my stay.
But as soon as it started to get dark we went back to her house for dinner.

We both sat down at the table next to each other yet she didn't say a word.
Then Y/N's mom said something that would for sure make her cry.

"So Aidan how long are you staying in England for now then?"
Y/N's head popped up.
"Umm I'm leaving tomorrow." I stuttered.
"Oh and how are you taking that Y/N?" Her mom said unaware that she was about to cry.
"Ok i guess" she shrugged suppressing her tears even more.

After both me and Y/N had finished eating we went upstairs to her room so I could collect my things since I had to got back to my apartment to pack my suitcase, and we would stay there for the night.

-at my apartment-

Y/N helped me pack my suitcase which I could tell was had for her since she didn't talk at all, and once we were finished she sat on my bed and pulled out her phone.

I could see she wasn't alright so I went and sat next to her putting my arm around her to comfort her.

"Y/N I am sorry" I said softly.
"Yeah I know it's not to your fault I guess I just wished you would had told me sooner"
"Yeah I know I just didn't know how to tell you..."
"I would have took it better though." She said tears in her eyes.
"I'm sorry babe"
"It's ok" she sighed.

-the next morning-

We left for the airport quite early so I could catch my flight in time.
And so she could give me a big hug and kiss before I left.

And as I suspected she had a meltdown too.
I'm not surprised though I would too.
But sooner or later she calmed down and we waved goodbye as I went up the escalator.
