When a child is born it had only two genders make or female. At the age of puberty which 14yrs they undergo differentiation.
Differentiation lasted for a month three weeks differentiation and a week of heat or rut or period.
During differentiation they divide into their second gender which comes with certain reconstruction of the body. The first differentiation is called primary differentiation which is alpha beta and omega. Sometimes further differentiation occurs which is secondary differentiation; where they differentiate into a higher level it is not rare but not common further differentiation from one gender to another is called tertiary differentiation but rare. Certain things change during the one month differentiation such as;
Omega; development of glands and pheromone, development of the reproductive system ( formation of the womb in make Omega's) smoothing of skin and increase in beauty to attract alphas. Formation of heat and heat cycle a little increase in IQ and the five senses. Omega's are of different levels; dominant Omega's, recessive Omega's extremely dominant Omega's and extremely recessive Omega's (extremely dominant and recessive are rare. Extremely recessive are like bats that are Omega's. They are closer to betas while extremely dominant Omega's are closer to alphas)
Heat and heat cycle; omegas undergo heat once a month which usually lasts a week, during this heat their bodies are proposed for mating and child bearing. They is no guarantee that an omega won't be pregnant after mating during their great even if they are in birth control, to avoid that heat condoms were produced to prevent it from entering in.

Rut and rut cycle; occurs once a month and usually last a week. The alpha is ready to mate and knot an omega. There is no guarantee that the omega won't be pregnant if knotted by an alpha so rut condoms were produce. Rut condoms are stronger than heat condoms because of the knot formed during rut, heat condoms are stronger than normal ones to avoid any slip.
Beta: development of the five senses, muscle and reproductive system. Formation of periods and their cycle. Only female betas are fertile. There are kennels of betas; dominant betas (they are close to alphas ), normal betas
Period and their cycle; the period is not blood but a period where the betas are weak all they need is sleep and food. Duration depends on the individual. Though they need sleep and food someone sex helps but not much. They are not sexually aroused as Omega's and alphas but are weak and dizzy at this time their body needs repair. A females beta is likely to get pregnant due to the relaxed state of the body during and after sex. Sometimes us painful depending on the individual. Their cycles are usually not predictable but once in two are three months.
Making; though alphas can mark Omega's temporary or permanently, Omega's can also make but temporary. In addition to marking Omega's can imprint their alpha but it is usually deadly cause it can lead to double death syndrome where the alpha dies after the omega dies.. Though betas have fangs they can't mark omega. Their fangs are for defence. But if the knot an omega they can temporary mark that omega which last for at least a month. Though betas don't have pheromones they have distinguishable body scents which alphas Omega's and betas can perceive. Betas can impregnate both Omega's and females betas
