setting: bridget and quackity are on the banter podcast, as a couple but not public yet; this , unlike other podcasts, was streamed live. karl, george, and sapnap all ask them varieties of questions, some very interesting. (authors note idk what this is but deal with it babes i love you but deal)
"so," karl started. "quackity i know you are very secretive."
george and sapnap jumped on the topic instantly skipping over eachother's words. "VOUCH HE IS" "TRUE ITS SO ANNOYI-" they fumed
"hush hush i wanna ask first then you can rant about that stupidness which; on a side note, IM ANGRY WITH TOO, but anyway-" karl cut the two men off.
alex laughed at the three dudes angry at his antics whilst playing with his waterbottle. bridget smiled in her seat seeing her secret boyfriend and his friends going back and forth like this.
"quackity are you secretive around bridget like you are with us?" bridget immediately started laughing.
"okay so first off im just gonna say it; no im not secretive around her. we're close and i tell her everything but-" quackity started but was quickly cut off by sapnap
"YOU DICK YOU'RE SUCH A SIMP OH MY GOD WE DONT HEAR SHIT BUT SHE DOES??"
"HA HA HAAAAAAAA IM JUST BETTER WHAT CAN I SAY WHAT CAN I SAY" bridget threw her arms up jokingly and alex smiled at her
"alexis quackity i can't believe you. we are MARRIED and you're gonna pull this shit?! damn... i see how it is." sap stated with playful anger.
"hey listen, i've known her for a loooonggg time and shes been with me through a lot of stuff, you gotta give me a break here, she's gonna get all the 'tea' " quackity chuckled with air quotations on 'tea'.
"trueeee give me creds for sticking with this motherfuck for so long please please." bridget looked at the camera whilst holding in a laugh.
the boy with the beanie then fake gasped before george could interrupt.
"ah fine fine creds to you bridget."
more silly questions came up as his friends playfully made fun of him for still being in school instead of dropping out, which they of course didn't mean.
and then came one particular question..
bridget grabbed her water bottle that was provided for her and she took a swig at it while george asked quackity a question.
"quackity, are you dating anyone right now?" to this bridget choked on her water immediately while quackity looked over at her smiling with a tilted head.
"something funny, bridget?" he quizzed playfully.
karl, george, and sap looked at eachother then to the camera in shock as if the two had kissed on stream, as that's what it felt like to them.
"nono-" she coughed out a laugh once more "my water- it ehm just went down the wrong pipe." she stated, a clear lie, she never was that good at lying. she looked over at alex, to be met with the same gorgeous brown eyes she falls for everyday. they both smiled at eachother, but this wasn't as secret as they thought it was.
finally quackity provided an answer for the anticipated, yet confused twitch chat and friends.
"nope"
bridget coughed louder this time. she herself wasn't sure if it was fake or real but it sure came with good timing. alex couldn't help but laugh after her coughed reply to his answer. he covered his mouth but his contagious smile was already shown to his friends, girlfriend, and twitch stream. 'shit' he thought, smiling internally too.
"you dick" she muttered lowly jokingly, only quackity could hear.
"im calling bullshit 100%" sap stated the obvious
"vouch"
"vouch" karl and george followed.
"like my two great friends we ALL saw that entire situation" karl laughed holding onto george to keep from falling off his chair.
bridget and quackity couldn't help but laugh their asses off too. to this they said nothing but instead laughs.
"hey why don't we skip to the next question uh shall we?" the boy with the beanie choked out after his fit of laughter with the girl next to him.
"sure but we are never letting this go" george stated with a nod.
throughout the podcast the pair seemed to be more touchy, this was them teasing the chat as well as their friends who were very invested in this 'friendship'.
bridget grabbed alex's hand and started playing with his fingers, curling his pointer finger then pushing it down whilst pushing down his ring finger. she admired his hands with a warm smile on her face calmly, which alex on the other hand, was not calm. his heart fluttered watching her admire his hands and be so lovey with him. it was something he was used to off stream, but on stream, this was a surprise.
he smiled a closed smile while just watching her. the way her face concentrated as she twisted his fingers over eachother. the way her hair fell in front of her face. should he take this bold move? it seemed as though she didn't like his answer of "nope" for if hes dating anyone, so maybe she wanted everyone to know. he quickly took his impulse decision for sure. he looked her in the eyes then moved her hair out of her face, tucking it behind her ear.
bridget's face turned a dark shade of red as she smiled widely at him, going back to playing with his fingers. chat definitely liked that one

quackity and bridget shared a glance while karl started the outro and gave eachother a nod, when alex glanced at her lips. he smiled a bright smile to her answer
"okay guys byeeeee!!!!!!"
the pair turned to eachother and alex pulled her in for a kiss, so the last frame of the stream was their kiss, karl unknowing, then george and sapnap gasping.
