Months passed, and on a bright Saturday morning my sisters best friend Maye came into our home which I 've also grown attached with, not romantically but as a second older sister. They soon started doing their own thing at our living roomtalking about boys and their stans in the K-pop group EXO like a typical fangirls.

"Ew don't romanticized those dudes who don't even know you exist lol" I said with a disgusted look on my face.

"Shut up, your face can't even be compared to theirs" Maye angrily replied protecting their group of boys.

"Okay fine, I'm sorry"

"Oh wait, Hey Leo! I heard you have a thing with some girl. So, who is it?" Maye asked.

"huh? why would I tell you?"

"Come on, maybe I can give you some tips cause I'm a girl" Maye asked with a convincing look.

"Fine, you know Lea?"

A slight pause came unto the conversation as she heard it was Lea the new transfer student in my batch.

"Lea? She was my schoolmate before at another school" Maye asked with a disappointed tone.

"Why what's wrong with her?" I asked with a confused look.

"oh nothing, maybe she changed"

I couldn't get it out of my head what Maye said during our conversation. Her last words "Maybe she changed" What would be the meaning behind those words. Weeks passed and someone I know told me that Lea is texting some other guy just one year below us. I waited for the break time and came to Lea and talk about what I've heard.

"Riiiiiiiiiiing!" Hallway bell rang

"Lea! come here" Shouting her name with a sea of people going out of her classroom

"Oh hey Leo"

"Can we talk?" I replied with uneasy look in my face

"what's wrong?" a confused look is all I can see from her face

"Let's talk over there more privately"

"uhhm Lea? Can I ask you something?

"Sure, what is it?"

"Are you talking with some other guy?"

"Huh? where did you hear that?? Of course no"

"Oh okay I'm just asking. So let's go to the canteen"

After hearing her say those words I still feel uneasy about it. It's not that I don't trust Lea it's just that I don't know what to feel in this kind of situation. Classes have finally finished and Lea came into my classroom.

"Oh hey Leo! you have soccer practice right?"

"yes, why? you can go home first if you want"

"No, I'll wait for you. uhhhm, is there a try out on the women's soccer team?" you could see her getting shy as she asked this question

"wait, you're gonna join the women's soccer team?" I asked excitedly

"Yes, so we could go home together every time and so I could do something while waiting for you to finish instead of just sitting there"

"awwwww okay I'm gonna tell the coach of the women's team that you will be joining them tomorrow"

"okay ^^"

Soccer practice just came to an end and I could see Lea waiting for me below that grandstand to where the team's things are located.

"Oh hey Lea, Let's go home?"

"sure, Let's stop by the 7 eleven outside first"

"Okay" we stopped by 7 eleven and soon got in the bus ride home. Talking endlessly the whole ride home and suddenly we've arrived to where lea will get off. My day is still filled with butterflies to what she said later that day. As she got off the bus I kissed her forehead surprising her and you could see her smile as she got off the bus.
