02 | 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬

Putting on his shoes Jisung sighed as he soon stood grabbing his bag and keys that hung on the wall before walking out of his apartment with another sigh.

Locking the door before walking Jisung pulled out his phone and earbuds soon going onto his music app and pushed play, the very first song being Euphor by Novo Amor, Ed Tullett, Lowswimmer.

Seeing that the elevator was still not working Jisung rolled his eyes and made his way towards the stairs.

Not wanting to go to his first class of the morning the younger walked ever so slow towards the bus stop hoping he'd miss the bus and to his unluckiness the bus arrived once he got to the bus stop.

Rolling his eyes Jisung got on nevertheless and went to his normal seat that was in the far back as many strangers watch as he made his way to the back.

Unaware of his surroundings Jisung was welcomed with a presence beside him which made him look only to roll his eyes yet again.

"What are you doing?" Jisung spoke out as he took an earbud out before looking at his downstairs neighbor who only smiled at him.

"Fancy seeing you here." The older male joked as he looked forward with a soft smile still on his face.

"It's a public transit, of course we'll see one another." Jisung rolled his eyes before putting his earbud in once again only for it to be taken out.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" Jisung whisper shouted as he looked over to his neighbor with death glaring eyes.

Getting a chuckle from the male Jisung huffed and continued to look out the window with his arms crossed.

"Just wanna hear what you are listening too." The male smiled as he put the earbud in and smiled once more as he heard his favorite song play.

"Astroboy by Suggi huh? My favorite artists." Looking over to his neighbor Jisung nodded as he fought back a smile upon hearing Suggi his too favorite artists.

"Not bad taste kid." Jisung nodded as he smiled to himself due to his neighbor... Maybe this isn't a bad thing to befriend his downstairs neighbor.

"Looks like this is me, see you later Astroboy." Shocked upon hearing the nickname Jisung watched as his neighbor walked off the bus with a smile.

"Astroboy?" Jisung said to himself as he kept thinking of how cute it sounded. Smiling Jisung rung the bell and got off the bus.

Seeing that he's in front of his college Jisung's mood changed within seconds as he walks into the school with nothing but eyes looking at him... That's what he thought.

Feeling a pair of arms wrap around his shoulders Jisung smiled softly as he looked to see it being no other than Jeongin and Seungmin.

"Good morning hanji!" The younger of the three said making the other two smile.

"Morning innie." Jisung smiled as he hugged the younger who gladly hugged back.

"I see how it is." The second youngest said as he crossed his arms with a fake pout making Jisung chuckle before pulling away and hugging the taller.

"Good morning Seungmin-ah" Getting a chuckle from the other Jisung pulled away before all three continue to walk.

"So~ how'd it go last week?" Jeongin asked as he walked alongside Jisung whose smile dropped immediately after hearing the word 'last week' and 'how'd it go'

"Ji? You ok?" Seungmin questioned after seeing how the older is mood changed.

"Oh ah yeah I'm fine." Jisung lied as he gave both Jeongin and Seungmin a reassuring smile before walking into their first class.

"I'll tell you guys later ok?" Getting a nod from both younger friends Jisung walked off towards his seat leaving a confused Jeongin and Seungmin behind.

"This doesn't look good." Jeongin worryingly said as he looked up sadly at Seungmin who only nodded.

Sitting in his seat Jisung held in his tears that threatened to fall as last week's situation played in his head once again.

"Hopeless, that's what I am." Jisung whispered to himself as he pulled himself together before Jeongin and Seungmin sat beside him.
