The White Clearing.

Owens POV

Well this was it, he had died. no one was upset, well that wasn't even surprising. He had killed some of his friends, including rasbi and Apo. The whole fruit trio was dead, they were all gone. If he had one wish, it was to bring Apo and rasbi back to life, Perhaps they could live normal lives and just forget about what happened in that maze. Forget about Owen, and their pasts, And start over. But when would that ever happen.
He had messed up, so bad. After months of thinking your best friend died, who knew what it could bring when you finally saw them again, even if it was for the last time. Apo didnt even get a chance to see the others, all he wanted was for Owen to just forget about his past so they could go back home

But well.. we all know that didn't end up well, apo only made it to the entrance of the clearing before he died by the weapon in Owens hand, the spear. The stupid spear, if only he had missed, and perhaps apo could have warned others. Warn rasbi, guts or even just krow and the other clearing members, he might have made it out Alive, but if apo went back. None of them would have died, and there could have been time for owen. Not for him to just die, just to remember. Not all the times he was in war with demons, like a killing Machine. But all the funny times with apo and the others. like when they drank Oecas "lemonade" and ended up at the beach, or when it was Christmas. The good times everyone would think back to and laugh.

What did i expect? "Oh it's just a few people meeting up and they can all make it out!"
No.. that wasn't it..

Sacrifices, lava rising, anger and fights, Grievers, the levers, demons and criminals.

That would never have helped. Everyone slowly died one by one. Squidney, Oeca, mohwee, and then the rest. Who would have thought it would have ended like the happy ending. But well, not every TV show has a happy ending. But it was all TV show? Would the government really do that? Yes they would. 29 seasons, of kids and people suffering cause of them. We all saw them die, yet everyone could have made it out, the interviews, they were before they entered the maze, yet why would they just leave the dead bodies there? This was all planned. Come on? Did you really think magic's dad would put her in the maze for her to die? Perhaps there's more than we know, and maybe there's not. . But this might now be the end.. But oh well.. now you might be saying "you're not making sense! They all died who didn't make it out!" I know, i know. But come on? Would that really be the end of a TV show? There's most likely more we aren't being told or shown like. Why would a robot kill mohwee? I know the griever would. But it's a robot, robots dont rip people to pieces and only leave their skulls. seems a bit odd if you ask me..

But now, apart from that. You would think everyone would act the same after leaving the maze, well of course not, I mean there's a chance but, they probably all have trauma so bad it could keep them up at nights and even making them so scared to even go outside, just like in Owens Pov. He had nightmares of his dad while he was in the maze, most likely also after, even when he was alone..

But now you could be wondering. Why tell us all of this. Why not, why would you think He would really talk to anyone after what he did. Owens bad and he knew it himself. Well.. that's enough talking for now, why not go check up on how Owen is doing. Hopefully better than the last time we saw him.

"hello, apo? rasbi?" He was walking around the clearing..
Well it wasn't really the clearing.. more like a white version of that clearing, he was all alone, no people, no animals, not even any Grievers, just himself

His dad was there, it wasn't really his dad, just more likely a nightmare version of his dad.
"Apo! Rasbi!  I'm sorry! I didn't mean to I swear!" He sighed. sitting down in his house before getting an idea. What if Apo was in the maze, he might not be but it's worth a shot.
He ran into the maze, running around looking for apo? He froze when he saw the levers, staring as he went closer they both had blood dripping from them.

What happened? It wasn't like this. HE wasn't supposed to see it like this! Close it down. We are retaking this, Send Owen back to the clearing, this isn't right.

"what isn't right? What's going on, why are you trying to send me back?! Why is there blood on the levers that Ori and Apo pulled! Hello!? Answer me!"

You weren't supposed to see it Owen, just ignore everything we have said, lets continue on with the story. We will take care of this.

".. you're not even real are you? And I'm not some story, you're tried doing something apparently it didn't work. what if I head back to the clearing, does that change your story?"

Just continue on Owen.

"No." That was it, Owen figured it out and they just ran back to the clearing, when he was almost there he saw the doors closing, which was odd since it was still daytime, whatever that was trying to keep him there were trying hard. Luckily he made it out just before the doors closed.

"What is that.." He noticed something was here, there were blood drops and a hair bow, it was clear to see the whole place was white while this, wasn't. What could have come here while he was gone, it couldn't be his dad, he only followed him. Was this another joke or hallucination? No, it wasn't, Cause he was tired of trying of asking questions of what was real or not
He picked up the bow realizing it was real, he looked around trying to see if there was anything else, nope. Nothing else than..

A few more blood drops, leading to the forest and pond.

Owen followed the trail of the small blood drops nervous about what was here he was about to get out a throwing knife before seeing someone he knew, sitting at the pond

| that's the first chapter of the new book! The next part will come out when I feel motivated to write ahah, this took me about a month, due to school and other stuff but the chapter is finally done!
