Chapter 1

At the entrance to Bons Burgers Kevin and Hillary pass Felix on his way in, the pale man was shaking as if with a cold and his eyes were starring. instantly alarmed Sophie crossed the clearing of the restraunt to meet him. "Uncle Felix? whats happened?" her voice seemed lower than usual. 

Felix shuddered "Sophie, there's something I have to tell you!"

Sophie tilted her head "whats the problem?" as she drew closer she caught an unexpected feeling from felix as if he was scared of her even though he wasn't.

Sophie's alarm soon turned to suspicion.

"Where have you been," she growled. "to k-9 maybe?.. To see that idiotic creature you built in order to kill me and my famly!... dont try to deny it. you reek of the building and sweat."

Felix's eyes widened "Sophie, its not what you think!" Felix sounded worried. "Okay i did go that way. but i didint go anywhere near K-9! i was headed behind the building to find something!"

"behind the building??... what for?" Sophie wasn't sure she could believe anything her uncle told her.

"I saw you're father there!" Felix explained. "two or three times lately, now im pretty sure its him!"

"and you didint Report that to me..." Sophie felt her body heat up with furey. "a man you told me who was dead living behind K-9 not only that a traitor... whats more-- Ugh!- and you didint tell me!"

"I- I- thought-" stammered Felix.

"i know what you thought." Sophie snapped.

"you thought, this is Jack Walten its tottally best if i dont tell his own daughter that he's still alive!" she mocked.

"DONT LIE TO ME! you led me to believe i could trust you for years, even made me think you were my real father. you're nothing but a heartless shameless liar! you were the reason their all Dead"

"Sophie- Please!" Felix begged.

"so you're trying to accuse my real father of being the reason everyone is now DEAD?" Sophie concluded grimley "so you could help him kill Jenny to get to me?! thats it isint it! your plotting with my father to break the barrier of this curse!" Sophie yelled.

"No! no no no! you've got it wrong!" said Felix.

"i barley even know much about that! all i know is that bon and your father often meet togeather on the border by the K-9 facility your father never tells me what its about!" he glared resentfully "anyways this isint about that at all! i went to K-9 to find out what Jack was doing there! and well.. i found something you need to see!"

Sophie stared at him. "you want me to come with you to K-9..? where you so called admit you saw my real father... You think im mad?!"

"But Sophie!!"

"SILENCE!" Sophie Snapped. "You and that man will always be Traitors."

"But he's your father!" Felix yelled.

"That man had his chance for fatherhood and he tossed it away!.. he is no father of mine. and why should i trust what you say now." She turned and stalked away. she was convinced that he was making up lies to get her killed like the rest of her family.
