Halloween Mission: Trick or Treating for Love

Chapter 1: 18 years old Trick or Treating, are you serious?

"Oh hell no!" Heeseung with a horrified face looks at Sunoo.

"But why? Heeseung hyung, please! Just this one time, Jungwon and I didn't have anyone else to bring us there." Sunoo pouts.

"Seriously Sunoo? You are almost 20. Grow up a little bit." Heeseung said as he is currently combing his hair. He needs to look perfect for tonight's party. Yeonjun is hosting a party in his house.

Apparently he wanted to have a party which coincidentally was the same day as Wooyoung's party, a.k.a Yeonjun's mortal enemy. And Yeojun persuades or pressures his friends or even strangers to come to his party. He even asked Wooyoung's friend group. It seems that both of them are competing to see which one is the best party planner. Seriously, even to these little things, they are still competing with each other.

"Anyways, aren't you a little old to do trick or treating?" The older one is confused. Usually teenagers at his age will immediately agree on attending a party - with alcohol included and free, on top of that. But right now, his roomate for 3 years is asking him, right here and right now with his Halloween costume on, to accompany them trick or treating in a nearby neighbourhood. "Plus, is there anyone who in their right mind will give you candy? You guys are not some kids that need candy. You are a teengers. Most people will ignore you. Some even might think you guys are doing some prank." He said as he cautiously applied his eyeliner.

"Well hyung, for your information, no. There are no age limits for trick or treating okay," Sunoo rolled his eyes towards Heeseung's statement on them being too old for trick or treating. "So we can and have a right to trick or treat. And as for your second question, with our youthful looks, not like yours," Heeseung threw a nearby object to the younger brunette for calling him old. "OUCH! Well as I said, with our cute looks, people will mistake us as toddlers."

"Yeah right, like every toddlers have a height of 170 cm."

"Well there are, and they are called gigantism," the fox-like kid just smugly countered Heeseung's statements. "Even if they know we are not a kid, people there actually give candy to anyone trick or treating there actually. Huening Kai and Taehyun actually did it last year."

Heeseung sighs. He really wants to go trick or treating huh? He thinks as he looks at Sunoo who is lying in his bedroom, through his mirror. Their room is not that big, just affordable for two college students. His room has no decoration or whatsoever except some 'decoration' like, a few books scattered around, piles of dirty shirts in his laundry bags and some electronic appliance on his study table. The only fancy things in his room is his antique Victorian dressing table. Yes, the one that use for makeup, he just wanted to look nice everyday okay.

And it is mahogany, if anyone asks, so it is very expensive.

Heeseung actually found out about this from a flyer nearby. Someone wanted a roommate, and he was actually kicked out from his house at that moment and was desperate for a roof to sleep under. Immediately Heeseung called the number and the rest is history.

He was very lucky that he was not scammed and that Sunoo is actually quite a good roommate - minus the blabbering and judgemental looks he gets every time he wears something. So it is safe to say that he actually found a jackpot there.

Heeseung is not a very extroverted type of guy. He is funny, yes no doubt about that, but he just doesn't like to talk to new people. He would rather have fun with his close friends rather than making thousands of new friends in which he may never even talk again in the future.

Thus it is very clear why he only has a few numbers of friends. Some of his friends were actually his childhood friends, while some were actually Sunoo's friend. So basically, he didn't even make any new friends in his teenage years.
