Jungkook's POV:

I ran towards the grocery store to shelter myself from the sudden outburst of the downpour. Everything seemed blurry as sprinkles of rainwater kept hitting on my face. By the time I had reached the store and secured myself from getting soaked, it was raining cats and dogs. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and texted my mother. I decided to sit on the seat that was overlooking the glass windows of the store.

That's when my eyes fell on you.

You were there, with your eyes closed, both arms spread on your sides, in the heavy downpour without a care in the world. Although I was aware that I was staring and that I might come off as a creep. However, I found it hard to look away.

I was mesmerized.

I realized you went to the same school as me when I noticed the uniform you had on, which was sticking to your figure by then because of the wetness. I watched you as you welcomed the rain with your arms open. I was amused that you weren't shivering from the cold.

What were you thinking?

Did the rain give you warmth?

Anyone should catch a cold if they stand in the rain for this long. I wanted to run to you, but I didn't have an umbrella to offer. So I only watched as raindrops ran down your figure until my mother's car blocks my line of view.

When I was finally inside the backseat of my mother's car, I found myself thinking about you.
