Watch your step-Midori x Ryutaro

Midori's POV

I look outside the window, from my couch, wrapped in a blanket, and I see the rain running down the window. Seeing the green sky be covered with the gray clouds keep coming in. I suddenly hear foot steps coming towards me. It was my boyfriend, Ryutaro, with two cups in his hands, coming over to me and sitting next to me.

"Got this for you, a cup of hot chocolate.." Ryutaro told me, handing me a cup and him taking a sip of his. I take it from his hand and take a sip of mine.

"It taste great.. Thanks Ryutaro." I smiled at him, cuffing the cup.

"You're welcome sweetheart.." He replies back to me. Kissing me on the cheek. I smile ear to ear, my face completely flushed. I turn away from him and I hear him laugh at me. "Sorry to embarrass you~.." He laughs again, I turn my head back and lean my head on his shoulder.

"I-It's fine~.. Don't worry about i-it~.." I tell him, placing my cup down on our coffee table in front of us as I rap the blanket around the both of us. He places his cup down as well and cuddles with me. I cuddle up against him as well, as I become more embarrassed.

"So, just watching out the window at the rain?" He asked me.

"Yeah, n-nothing much.. Here to join me as well?" I asked him a question as well when answering his question.

"Just wanted to be with you is all~.. I was thinking of doing something to do with you if you'd like to~.."

"What would that be~? Anything would be fun to do with you~.." I giggled.

"Wanna go out in the rain with me~? I know it's a bit cold out there, we'll just dress warm~." He asked me.

"I don't know, seems like too much." I reply back.

"It won't be bad, the rain is light anyway." He insists to me.

"What if it begins to rain hard?" I rejected once more.

"I'm sure we'll be fine, and here! We can bring umbrellas if so.." He insisted again on me. I roll my eyes and sigh to myself.

"Fine.. We can go out in the rain.. But! Only after we're done with our hot chocolates, I don't want them to go to waste." I gave in.

"Deal!" He smiles. Which of course makes me smile as well.

After awhile of cuddling and finishing our cups of hot chocolate. We get up from the couch and go to our room, to dress warm to go outside in the rain. We get our jackets, our rain boots, our phones and our umbrella. With having everything we need, we head out the door, put our hoods up, close the door behind and start walking out in the rain with each other. I move close to him as he wraps his arm around me to keep me warm.

Third Person POV

After awhile of walking, Ryutaro sees a puddle. Ryutaro takes his arm off of Midori, runs and jumps into the puddle.

"R-Ryutaro! Come on you!" Midori shouts out to him. He continues to laugh and jump in the puddle.

"Come on.. It's fun!" He bribes her.

"You're going to get a cold.. That won't be fun, now would it?" She tells him.

"I'll be fine! Oh come here Midori!" He runs to her and drags her into a puddle. He laughs and Midori gasps.

"Damn it R-Ryutaro!" He laughs and kicks the water to her. "You are so annoying!" She kicks water back at him. He laughs again, with him laughing, it made her laugh. It works to make her join in on the fun.
