Ch - 1

Autumn

There was a different feel about this year. I felt it in my bones. The bustle and chatter, the crowded locker rooms, everything was so usual but it wasn't.

" 'Sup bitch.. "  a familar voice rang through the hallways. A grin spread across my face as Scarlette barelled into me, stangling me into a bone crushing hug.

" I missed you, Eve. " I whispered

" Me too love.......I missed me too. " she broke the hug to give me a peevish grin. I slapped her arm, laughing.

Scarlette Grey was someone who made my fucked up life in this all girls school worth it.

"Now let's go and kick some ass today. " I laughed at her remarks and started walking towards our locker.

As we reached our lockers, a chirpy annoying voice pierced my ears and I immediately knew who it was.

Fake bitch.... I mean NICOLE DIAZ

" Oh dont worry Ad's.....I am always there for you ." She said to our best friend...no ex-bestfriend , Audrey Sterlling.

I snorted at the awful nickname.

'Ads' , I rolled my eyes.

"I need to go to the dentist.....my tooth is aching from this sweetness Ad's. " Eve mimicked Nicole high pitched voice. I laughed.

Taking our materials out , we are about to part ways and head to our respected classes when the principal's voice rang through the microphone, asking us to gather in the hall for an announcement.

" Let's see what this Minerva of our hogwarts has to say." I remarked.
Eve chuckled as we started to move along with the crowd towards the hall.

"Good Morning School."

"Gooddd Moorrniinnngg Maaaaammm."we sang our nation anthem.

"I have a special announcement." Mrs Dayal , our no emotion principal in her early 60's started.

" We the board members have decided to merge this school with an all boys school for a year. To conduct an academic experiment, half of the students of this school would go to that school and rest half would come from there to this school."

" Holly Shit! " Scarllete cursed as soon as the words fell out of our principal's mouth.

I half heartedly shushed her , the excitement could be felt in waves among us.

"We have another little good news for you girls." A faint shadow of a smile crossed Dayal's face which was a rare phenomenon on the robots countence.

"You will not be having any exams this year and marks would be decided on the basis of the group projects you do but dont be too happy cause the groups would be decided by the teachers."

I swear to God that the squeals were so loud that we nearly brought an earthquake.

"Autumn....my girl. "said Scar solemnly. I recognized the tone as the one she always uses when she have mischief in her mind. " This year......I think......we may finally ge..-"

"No....stop....please dont say whatever that Cruella D'evil mind of yours is thinking."

she scoffed.
"No...like seriously....we can find some hot guys."
I rolled my eyes in response.

"Now you can join your homeroom teachers in your respective classes for further details."
