As I slip my jacket on to go outside I can see Coltton coming towards me and he is waving.
He says. " Want to hang out at my house after school? "
I was so relieved. I thought he was going to do something to himself. Or maybe he wanted me to prevent him from doing it.
He said " we need to talk about something" . My heart automatically started beating really hard and I just hugged him. I said " sure why not. We have not hung out in awhile." I said with a smile.
We both we headed to class and I saw Drew coming toward me to say something. He said in a really serious voice. " LET ME SEE YOUR WRISTS" I looked down in a sad moment and I said " go ahead and look for yourself. He grabbed me and held me tight. Then we went into the boys bathroom and he looked at my cuts. He had the most disappointed look on his face. He said" what made you do this? " I looked at him in guilt and he still did not understand. I do it to feel the pain that I am craving. I need it. Otherwise I feel like I will do something else.
He took me small sweatshirt off and gave me his baggy blue jacket. It was warm and cozy.
" Promise that you won't do this again! " he said.
I said faintly." I promise. "
