Story idea from SxmpleFvck: A guy gets stranded on an island and he doesn’t know how. He’s in his underwear.

A mysterious man stirred awake when the sun came peaking over the edge. He tried rolling over and under some covers, but they weren’t there. He stirred up when all he felt was sand. He could feel the grains running under the hem of his boxers. The many little grains felt like sandpaper rubbing against his butt. He jumped up, pulling down his boxers and scraping away at the sand.

“Errr! Sand? Really? Of all things? You gotta be fucking kidding me!” The man said, “What the…”  the man now confused at his circumstance now gazed at the massive ocean in front of him.

“Where am I?” He thought as he continued looking at his surroundings. “How did I get here?”

The man, thoroughly confused, didn't know what to do. How will he survive? He didn’t know where his things had gone or where he was now. He wondered many things as the sun continued to rise. He had less time now.

“UGH! Fuck you! Whoever YOU are!” He screamed at nothing in particular, mad at what had happened. Who would ever believe him if he got off of this island.

The mystery man grumbled about as he pulled his boxers back on hoping he got all of the sand out. Unfortunately for him, he did not. He could still feel little grains of sand touching his ball and they were really irritating. He decided to have a look at his new home. Maybe… just maybe he would find something useful.

He went past many tall, thick trees only finding some berries and the occasional nut. At least he had some food in him. It was strange. The man hadn’t found any animals. At least any he could determine. Hunting was out then. Foraging would be the only way to find food.

The mystery man did not like the idea of no meat. He really hoped to find a pig or any other animal to eat as he could not live without any. He knew he would die unhappy not being able to eat meat. He wished so badly to be back home in his parent’s basement playing games and eating all the meat he would ever need. Just thinking about it made him drool and wish to be home even more.

He would do anything to be home right now. Anything at all… even getting a job. The thought snapped the man out of his thoughts. No way would he ever want to get a job.

“I’m already 25. I don’t want to work. My parents can always support me.” He mumbled about climbing over limbs of fallen trees.

He was already deep into the woods just trekking forward. Not knowing where to go or which way to go. The man already took several breaks along the way. He was out of shape for sure. Bear belly and all.

*huff huff* “I can’t go any farther.” He said to no one in particular, deciding to take yet another break. He looked up breathing heavily to see the sun was almost high up. He lost a lot of time with all his breaks. If only he stayed on track and field when he was little then he wouldn’t have this problem. He wouldn’t have any.

The man always blamed others and hardly ever would take the blame for his faults. He never liked taking responsibility and always blamed his parents for his lack of responsibility.

“GOD DAMN IT!” He screeched as loud as possible. “YOU GOT TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!” he continued.

Right next to this mysterious man was a lizard of all things. He had never had a lizard nor knew how to prepare such animals. This man was angry at his luck. Why a lizard of all animals? He would question himself like he knew the answer. Alas, he knew not the answer. He was stuck just like them.

This lizard in particular was very bright green. The mystery man wasn’t sure if he was poisonous or not. He learned back in school that brightly colored animals are poisonous, especially frogs, so he decided not to trust anything brightly colored. The lizard was looking at the man strangely, creeping him out.

“Uh… my name is Jackson… What’s yours?” he asked the lizard-like it could respond. Of course, he knew it couldn’t. He thought he was losing it, telling his name to a lizard of all things. “Why lizards?” He thought as if it wasn’t still in front of him.

Jackson couldn’t wrap his head around why lizards were the only animal known on this island. He knew there must be other animals. Probably birds, bears, pigs, and more. He just hasn’t seen any other. Hopefully, he finds something soon before he loses his mind even more.

Jackson got up from his sitting tree to resume wandering around. His stomach was already grumbling from the lack of food. Those berries and nuts didn’t last long in his stomach. He wanted meat, meat, and more meat. Nothing but meat.

He wandered around with the lizard following. Jackson didn’t know how the lizard kept up with him, but every time he turned back, he would see the lizard again. Jackson debated on giving the lizard a name, but that just seemed too weird to him. It wouldn’t have been the weirdest thing he has ever done, but surely one of the top 10.

Jackson was already getting tired of walking and when he turned around to see how far he came, he saw the lizard once again. “What is that stupid lizard’s fascination with me? What the fuck!” Jackson thought as he got closer to the lizard.

“What is YOUR problem?” He practically yelled at the poor lizard. Of course, he didn’t answer Jackson, he was a lizard. This man was dumb and the lizard knew it. It wasn’t hard for anything or anyone to know. Even a monkey would figure that out if there was one on the island.

Jackson huffed and puffed at the lizard. He was angry and he was losing more daytime. The lizard could see Jackson’s crazy eyes. They scared the poor lizard. “You know what? I’m going to cook you up for dinner!” He said, grabbing the lizard. Unfortunately for Jackson, he didn’t know how to build or create a fire. The lizard was lucky. “UGH! Could this day get ANY worse!” He shouted.

Of course with Jackson’s luck clouds brew up above. They drew closer and closer to make bigger and bigger clouds. Jackson could hear the rumbles and looked up to see the darker and greyer skies.

“Oh shit,” he mumbled under his breath before running as fast as he could. He couldn’t even get under any real cover before a downpour came. It was already dark and Jackson was stumbling around. He fell multiple times and even ended up scraping his knee.

Luckily he found a cave not too far and dashed for it. He was already soaked but at least he had cover. Wind and rain came. The wind howled around, swirling around Jackson’s cold and soaked body. He couldn’t get warm even if he wanted to. The rain kept coming down, never letting up. The thunder roared above and the wind soared below. There was nowhere Jackson could go, so he stayed and hoped. He prayed for the first time ever.

Soon the lizard came crawling in. He finally found Jackson. Even though Jackson scared the little lizard, he still worried for the strange human. He was curious and nothing was going to change that.

Jackson gladly held the little lizard in his arm trying to get heat from the cold lizard. At least they will be cold together.
