My first Naruto story that I've been taking my time on
Naruto will have a bloodline that allows him to use all haki. (It was either this or Steel release)
Ur decision if u want others to have haki as well.
He will have an elephant-summoning contract. Possibly an eagle pet that can use chakra
Affinity will be lightning and Earth
Will add something called advanced release, which makes it so u can manipulate ur element better. Say If u have earth u can manipulate steel and iron or ores from the ground.

Will look similar to Zoro and himself blonde spikey hair and ninja clothes but zoros face and physic
Naruto in this story will not have any powers from any bijuus devil fruits
Naruto will have taijutsu that is considered a mix of streetfighter and goken so he fights dirty

The five great nations will be the size of continents with Smaller nations either in them or as large islands maybe half or quarter the size of the great nations.
Ranks will be like this
Kage SS-rank: Takes 4 to 5 Sannin level shinobi to have a chance of defeating a kage.
Sannin S to borderline SS -rank: Takes 40 to 60 anbu to have a chance of winning
Anbu High A to borderline S-rank: Takes 1-3 elite Jōnin to defeat
Elite Jōnin High A to borderline S-rank: Takes 3-5 Jōnin to defeat
Jōnin Low A to high A-rank: Takes 3-4 Special Jōnin to defeat
Special Jōnin B to Low A-rank: Takes 15 -20 chunin to defeat
Chunin High C to Low B-rank: Takes 10 to 15 genin to defeat
Genin Low D to C-rank: Bottom of the barrel can defeat only civilians or academy students
Special cases such as Naruto being kage level in the anime and only a genin is taken into account. These are bingo book ranking not how the character will be. Hiruzen would be considered sannin level since he is far past his prime. Most kages are considered sannin to borderline kage level. Anbu captains are about regular anbus and between very very low sannin.
This also means more shinobi and civilians because of the size of the land.
I will add more clans, jutsus, Ocs, villages, and even pirates, and much more if needed. I will take whatever suggestions u can give me.
Pirates will be added along with a navy for each village no devil fruits will follow the rankings of shinobi just a level down. So rankings for the navy can be decided and suggested along with the ranking level for pirates.
Fleet Admiral SS-rank: Takes 2 to 5 Admiral-level pirates to have a chance of defeating.
Admiral S to borderline low SS -rank: Takes 1 to 3 warlords to have a chance of winning
Warlords High A too low SS-rank: Takes 9-15 Vice admirals to defeat
Vice admiral mid A to borderline S-rank: Takes 3-5 Jōnin to defeat
Rear Admiral Low A to high A-rank: Takes 3-4 Special commodores to defeat
Captain B to Low A-rank: Takes 15 -20 chunin to defeat
Commander High C to Low B-rank: Takes 10 to 15 genin to defeat
Soldier D to C-rank: Bottom of the barrel can defeat only civilians or academy students
