Ok, so considering as my BFF @BreakingCliches (btdubs go follow her she's great) has practically demanded that I post my deep thoughts, I will now embark on a potentially dangerous mission into the depths of my mind to find the pearls of wisdom I can bestow upon yall.

Here we go.

I came up with the perfect metaphor for God and Christianity in general the other day. Imagine that we (the world) are children running away from home because we're scared and we feel like we're being neglected even though we're not. Now imagine that God is a dad who loves his kids and stands with open arms and happy tears when they come back to him after running away. So now whenever you picture God, you don't have to see a great and powerful being with a mighty beard. At least for me, I just see a normal dad.
