Vernon hated when Minghao made him do paperwork, it wasn't even his job. He was suposed to go on missions, doing something much more exiting. But he was stuck here, in a little boring office, surrounded by files.

He groaned in frustratration. "Am I interupting?", he looked at the door to see Joshua standing there looking amused. "You have no right to laugh at me, It could've been you", he grumpily replied. Joshua chuckled, "Atleast I was smart enough to not run into Minghao in the morning, he is not a morning person"

Vernon rolled his eyes, he regreted every single moment of this morning. "It's just so depressing. How could anyone work in a small boring room like that?", he whined. "You know, it's not THE important paperwork", he said, emphasizing the "the". "So?", Hansol looked at him questioningly. "You can bring those outside and do your work at some cafe"

"Are you sure? because Minghao will get mad if it's not really alowed. And he might not be the best at martial arts but he is very scary even without it", he said. Joshua noded and started to collect the papers, helping him to bring them outside.

"Thank you so much, you just saved me from going mad", he mentally hugged his friend before taking the laptop and the papers, searching for the closest cafe he could find. He really needed some coffee right now.

Luckily, there was a cafe nearby, and it looked decent too. He'd hate to drink cheap coffee in some tacky old place. He took a seat by the big window and placed the papers in a pile. The waitress came to ask him for his order and he ordered a cup of coffee and a small piece of raspberry pie. He opened the laptop, orginzing the files by alphabetical order. It was still a nightmare, but atleast it was a nightmare with fresh air and coffee.

He cursed silently when he accidentally deleted some file on the computer. It wasn't anything too important luckily, just some old marketing plan. He was so done with this. If his coffee won't get here soon he'll throw some chairs.

The place was quite empty, so he had to look up when he heard the door opening. And he couldn't believe what he saw, it was the boy he met at the bar, Seungkwan. He couldn't forget that name even if he wanted to.

He didn't seem to notice him, which was fine, he didn't expect him to remember him. "Sir, here's your coffe", the waitress put the pie and the coffee on his table. He hummed to thank her, but didn't even look at her.

He forgot about the paper work, Minghao would be mad if he knew. He sipped his coffee, secretly hoping the boy will notice him. But after a few minures, he realized he had to make the first move.

He walked to Seungkwan's table. He sat alone, and was texting on his phone. "We meet again", Vernon said with a charming smile. Seungkwan's head shot up, he looked shocked. "It's you", he said. "I'm Chew Vernon, pleased to meet you again". Seungkwan smiled shyly and nodded. "I'm Seungkwan, in case you don't remember"

"How could I forget such a beautiful name?", Vernon said with a bright smile. "You can sit with me if you'd like", Seungkwan said quietly. Vernon was about to say he'd love to and sit down but he remembered his half eaten pie and many paperwork

"Well, right now I have somework to do. But I'll see you around", he winked, putting a small note on the table. He walked away, leaving Seungkwan blushing, looking at the note with his number on it.

'I can't believe he actually gave me his number'
