for karson  ——( Iemomonade

hi karson!

well hello to everyone else reading this, but this is for karson! feel free to read though!

i hope your day is going well, or your night! whatever the time is that your reading this — i hope it's well. you deserve for it to be well. and if it's not, here's a letter to brighten it up.

it's time for a rosie ramble! let's talk about self worth. it's the internal sense of being good enough and worthy of love and belonging from others. apparently, from what the internet has so kindly informed me, a person with self worth can take responsibility for their actions all well not degrading themselves for making whatever action they had made. why it's a good thing, well, because it can contribute to better relationships, work, health, well-beings. it may not come easy, but it's definitely something that can be worked towards; you can be positive to yourself and by saying no when the time is right. but know that having little self worth isn't a bad thing. it may be because someone could have had a bad childhood or some traumatic experiences.

know, that you, karson, are still an amazing human with it without self worth. it's just a small thing that makes a person a person. it doesn't make you a bad person, or a good one, but it does help contribute to who you are. you can gain self worth, and so many will be beside you in that journey. start slow, and take your own time.

you like your style?! amazing! that is such a great thing. whether it be your writing style, your choice in fashion, how you style your hair in the morning after a good sleep — they're all amazing things! but to like it yourself, that's even better. your wattpad theme, ahh! from what i've seen, magnificent! like holy freaky cow! and you like your music taste?! thats even better, because if you didn't then you'd be listening to music you didn't like! your themes and covers too! like uh, perfect. even if you don't make all your covers, it's the fact that they're there and it's so wonderful. it makes your whole account so cute and happy vibes!

you said in the form that dislike, face without makeup, voice, awkwardness. i assume you're talking about yourself, and by the change that you are, let me go off a ramble. you CAN dislike those things about yourself. you are allowed by all means. let me say though, that you are beautiful/handsome/wonderfully looking, without makeup. i haven't ever seen you, but i know. i really do. your voice too. never heard it, but i believe the you have this voice that must carry so much kindness and love and respect. and being awkward, that isn't a bad thing, not at all! it helps make you, you, a wonderful human being!

if you have a goal, which by what you had told me previously in the form was to have some motivation and that you are struggling with depression. here i am to give you some motivation! hopefully it's good — you can do this. take it one step at a time. pick something up off the floor, or start by making your bed in the morning when you wake up. do that little bit of work you have too, read that one chapter you've been waiting for, wash the cup beside your bed, anything.  put some music or an audio book on, and just go with the flow. take as many breaks as you need, because in the end it'll be worth it when you finish whatever task at hand. you'll feel accomplished, like you've done something so hard! and maybe once your done, reward yourself with some cheesecake!

on a side note, i'm so happy that i've met you here. and i'm so proud too! of you! you're amazing and wonderful and all of the things in the world combined. so proud!

from my heart, rosie.
