Chapter 1

Detention center.That's were Lexie is right now.Being caught stealing and doing drugs.....mmm that's not what you except from an 15 year old, right?She's been dragged into this by her friends, she dosen't really haave a choice she had to stay with her gang otherwise she'll end up on the streets.Lexie is leaving the detention center today and is bieng put into a foster house since she's too young to live by herself.that's not what she wanted.....

Lexie:how long dose it take to get here?? *annoyed*

Gaurd:Lexie calm down they'll be here in a bit

Lexie:whatever

*20 minutes later*

????:hey lexie

Lex:about time

Gaurd:aye don't be rude....we'll miss you trying to run away every week

Lex:yeh i'll miss you catching me and carrying me to my room *smiles and waves*

????:hey my name is Rose and i'm your caretaker

Lex:well hi

They get in the car and the drive to the fosterhouse is silent Lexie is staring out the window thinking about her past....well all of that is about to change.

Rose:we're here

Lexie gets out of the car grabbing her bags and following Rose inside,Rose first shows Lex her room,she drops her stuff of and Rose gives her a tour of the house

Rose:so make yourself at home,unpack your stuff and decorate your room,i'll soon introduce you to the rest

Lex:thanks

She walks up to her room and puts her headphones on listening to her Ipod while unpacking her stuff the room was already green so she'll just put up her posters and leave it at that.she turns around and sees a girl looking at her she looked about 12, staring at her.

Lex:may i help you??

???:hey my name is Ariana

Lex:well that's a nice name, i think it's a little bit to girly

Ari:i think it's alrite you must be Lexie, right?

Lex:yup that's me

Ari:well lunch will be ready soon....bye

Lex:thanks *ari walks out*

Lexie thought to herself that maybe not everyone here will be that bad..she lied down on her bed and started drawing in her sketchbook...that's were she records all her memory's but instead of wiriting it down she draws it that's what people don't know about her, she loves to draw

Rose:Lunch is ready!!!

Lexie gets up a hides her sketchbook under her pillow and slowly walks downstairs into the dining room,everyone is already sitting there not paying any attention to her

Ari waves Lexie over to the seat next to her..So Lexie walks over and sits next to Ari starting a random conversation

Rose:okay kids be quiet....as you know we have a new person here..this is Lexie she's 15

All the kids simle at her since all the kids are younger than her and they say hello.there is about 5 of them not counting Ari and Lexie.Lexie smiles at each one while Rose introduces them.one of them is only 2 years old his name is Jordan and the rest is 5 or 7

Ari:we've got school tomorrow

Lex:i almost frogot about it

Ari:did you go to school before??

Lexie looks over to rose which starts nodding her head so lexie says that she did..Although her and Rose knows it's not true she didn't go to school for the past 3 years...All of the kids spent the day together getting to know lexie better.
