I chuckle as Jord holds the door open for me.

"Thank you."I say as we enter the kitchen.

We see Evan in the kitchen, sitting at the kitchen.

I smile more as I see him.

He looked good.

"Um, Vlad needs you."Evan says before standing.

"Wow."I say softly.

I walk over and touch his face.

"You look incredible. You look so beautiful. What the hell, you used to be ugly."I say.

Jord stifles his laugh as Evan blushes.

"Love do you think we just woke up like this?"Jord asks.

I turn away from Evan and he walks away before I could protest.

"You mean...vampires are guaranteed a beautiful face? No matter what?"I ask.

He shifts a bit, as if what he was about to say would be upsetting.

"...how else would we lure in a willing prey?"

He was right to hesitate. It made my stomach churn.

"Um, you should be tending to Vlad, Mel."he says softly, making me jump in realization.

"Right, um. Thank you for today. And for this especially."I say, holding the perfume up.

He nods.

"It was my pleasure."he says, walking past me. 

I smile a bit, blushing.

I enter the room, not seeing Vlad there.

"In here my love."I hear his voice from the bathroom.

I bring my hand to my mouth, biting my nails as I walk towards the bathroom.

The room smelled of seductive body wash and steam. I push open the door and see him in the center bath, his back to me.

"Vlad? Are you okay?"I ask.

He looks over and then reaches for me. I walk over, gripping his hand and then sitting down on the floor besides him.

"I'm sad, Melanie."he says softly.

"You poor thing. What happened?"I ask, presses my cheek to his palm, making him smile.

"Rosalie did that."he says, making me chuckle.

"I broke my promise, Melanie. I hurt Shiloh."he says softly.

"Oh. It's okay Vlad. I forgive you."I say softly.

He chuckles, leaning back a bit.

"You're too good to me."he says, his thumb rubbing against my cheek as I smile.

"You look so beautiful."he says softly, sitting up a bit.

"Hush."I chuckle, listening to the water in the tub move.

"Come closer."he smiles, pulling me close and causing me to laugh.

"Vlad! Wait!"I chuckle before he pulls me fully into the bath.

We both laugh as he pulls me close.

"My clothes."I smile, making him chuckle.

"We can get you more clothes."he smiles, pulling me close.

My cheeks get warm and I smile.

I see lust in his eyes and his hands run down my back.

".... Melanie.."he says softly.

"Yes, Vlad?"I ask softly as well.

He sits up, softly pressing his lips against mine.

The kiss breaks and I yearn for more.

"I'd really like to make love to you now, Melanie."

I chuckle, rubbing his chest up and down.

"I'd like that very much."I say softly, making him smile.
