y/n was coming back to Falcon Claw University for her second year. she was relatively excited to be back, but also nervous considering what had happened in her first year at school which caused her to take a year off from school. she felt like she was coming back stronger.

today was move-in day. she had gotten most of her boxes packed around the end of summer, since her dorm room was going to be furnished she didn't have to think about a couch or tables. what was different this year, was that y/n had a room to herself. she loved this, she loved being alone.

upon arriving back at school, seeing the small crowd made her feel at ease. she was early. she grabbed a moving trolley, grabbing her boxes and putting them on the trolley. she pushed them up into the elevator, pressing level 4. she was glad that the building was rather empty kept her anxiety low. she pushed her trolley to her room, unlocking the door and smiling to herself. "home." she said happily, a giggle leaving her lips.

she hummed, lifting her boxes from the trolley and putting them down onto the floor.  happily bringing up all her boxes, she sees that she had left the door open.. which she remembered that she had closed. "huh? i thought.." she said to herself, seeing that a blonde boy was in the middle of her living room, looking confused.

"excuse me? this is my dorm room, may i know who you are?" she asked, the boy turning to her.

"this is.. my dorm room.." he told her, which confused the two.

y/n shook her head, "no no no.. you don't understand.. this is MY room. i applied for it and managed to get it due to personal reasons. you're a freshie who needs to socialise, and a guy roommate" she said sarcastically, in which the blonde scoffed.

"yeah? and i'm a ro'meave" he told her, glaring at her.

y/n froze. a ro'meave? they were known for contributing the majority of the fundings to the school.. but she didn't know one was attending their first year here.

"my apologies, but i'm saying this nicely. please leave" y/n told him. "i begged administration to give me this room. maybe they're a another single room for you on the other floors?" she said, in which he shook his head. "the other one is in the building two block from here. i'm afraid i don't have anywhere to go other than here."

y/n gulped. was she to let him stay and live with her? he might be a nice guy, she thought. after all, she didn't want to get on the bad side of a ro'meave.

"oh, well.. in that case, until they can find you a new room.. i guess i'll let you stay." she said, which caused the blonde's eyes to light up in excitement. he smiled, walking close to y/n. "thank you thank you thank you! oh i owe you my life, maybe a meal too! anything you wish for miss" the blonde said happily, he was just happy he had somewhere to live to be honest.

y/n backed up a little, being this close to another person, especially a boy caught her off guard. she smiled at him, "you don't owe me your life, just get your stuff moved in and then we'll talk about rules and boundaries that we need to set. i'm y/n, by the way. since we haven't formally introduced ourselves yet."

the ro'meave boy smiled. "i'm garroth." he said, bringing his boxes into the living room. "i'll sleep here" he told y/n, who was unboxing her things she had put in the living room to put in the other room. she turned around, nodding.

"sure, just remember to change the sheets once a month. once every 3 months if you're lazy. do let me know if it's uncomfortable, though it's a sofa bed so.. it should be comfortable." she said, little too bluntly. she hated dirty sheets.

after a few hours, the two were pretty tired from unpacking, so they decided to first take showers, in which garroth secretly used some of y/n's conditioner.
