I watched as Glen took Aeliana out the door to her home I sighed and got my purse that was on a rack

I heard a voice say, I turned around and saw Joe standing behind me

- So, Simonon tells me we're dating?

My face turned red a little and I put my purse down on the table

Joe smiled and took his sunglasses off

- Don't play stupid, he told me you said we're dating?

I then remembered I had lied to this Simonon dude about being with Joe

I shouted at him and everyone looked over at us

Joe smiled and backed away

Soon all eyes were on me after he left

I said picking up my purse and walking out, I was embarrassed and had to get out of there- Joe embarrassed me almost.

I walked out the door and it was pouring rain

I thought, I walked in the rain getting my hair and my clothes soaked when I saw above my head it got dark I looked up and saw a jacket over my head

I looked over to yell in his face one more time

I looked to see Topper standing next to me holding his jacket above my head

- We're not too popular, we play in pubs mostly not like big areas like you guys played tonight

- Five o'clock on Tuesday we're playing tell the guy out front your with the band and if he asks which band member say Janie and he'll let you in early

I said opening the gate

- Thanks for walking me home and the jacket

I smiled and closed the gate and watched him walk away

I shouted he turned around from the street

I hesitated and forget what I was gonna say, but I knew what I was gonna say

He waved at me and walked away

I said opening the door.

My phone rang as I got inside

Just great, now I have Joe on my ass

- What the hell do you want?

- I called to apologize about tonight

I said crossing my arms and sitting on the ground

- I'm sorry Janie for being rude and getting upset

- Sorry if I embarrassed you, wanna go out for drinks?

The phone hung up and I put it back on the table and turned the lights off and went to bed.
