"At this point kid, seems like you're trying to purposely break your arms." Snipe commented causing me to puff my cheeks out in frustration. Right now he was training me with only one pistol he placed his hands on my arms straightening them out before placing his hands on mine making sure I had a firm grasp on the fire arm. He pulled his hands back looking over me before speaking.

"Square your shoulders, put your feet shoulders-width apart but keep them evenly aligned, and lock your elbows." His words were firm and held a serious tone.

"Why are we practicing with one gun anyway if I have two?" I questioned raising an eyebrow as I readjusted my position.

"You're not always gonna have both guns on you, plus having both guns means you'll struggle controlling the recoil on the firearm, now stop talking and shoot the target."

Doing as told, I kept my mouth shut as her placed the headgear on me while I kept my stance, the world around becoming muffled. My breath hitched, my finger hovering over the trigger, finally pulling it the gun fired making me stagger back a bit, before I could fall back completely, Snipe caught me by the shoulders.

"At least the pistol recoil didn't come back and hit you in the face this time." The pro hero laughed at my misfortune as I pouted to try and look upset at his comment, only to start laughing as well, I couldn't help but smile at the memory, I ended up with a bruised nose for a week, but I didn't mind it to much although it did spark a few questions from Midoriya but I told him it was a surprise. I want to shock him since I was confident in my abilities to get into Yuuei. I began grabbing my bag as well as a few other things I had brought as I carefully handed the pistol to Snipe, barrel pointed at the ground as to not accidentally fire it at him. He told me about how he's glad I'm taking gun safety seriously instead of running in shooting like a mad man. How could I not, after all, Snipe did specialize in guns, I trusted his judgement.

"See ya tomorrow, kid." He spoke offering a smile as he tilted his hat back, he didn't wear his hero costume or anything that'd make him recognizable when we trained as to not attract unwanted attention. But yet still kept the cowboy hat which made me chuckle a bit only to receive a confused look from him.

"Bye Snipe, I'll be sure to keep doing my stretches and close combat training at home." I cheered, careful not to yell in case of any passerbys within the area. Putting my earbuds in and swapping to my main playlist, I made my way home humming along to the melody that played. I would do everything in my power to make sure I made it into Yuuei, I refuse to give up on my dream, and I know that Izu will also be able to get in. We'll show the world that you can in fact be a hero without a quirk. A smile etched on my features as I made my way through the city heading towards the bus stop, I won't disappoint Snipe.
