Saturday morning

It was around 11am when vicky knocked on for jess.

"Oh, hey. You must be jess' dad." vicky smiled

"Yeah. And I'm guessing your jess' friend?"

"Yeah. Vix. Is she in?"

"Yeah. Come through Vix. She's just getting ready. I'm Mark by the way."

They walked in and sat on the couch and jess then ran in.

She was dressed in a pair of denim jeans and a cropped black top with a checked shirt over the top. Her hair was all messy and wild.

"Vicky I need help!" She said in a weird voice as she stood there with a brush an bobbles in her hands.

"The benefits on my mum being a hair dresser." Vicky laughed "sit down in front of me."

Jess sat in front as Vicky tied it up neatly.

"Your hair is so soft and long."

"And it's the biggest pain in the arse."

"It's amazing your hair." Vicky smiled down at jess.

"So what's your plan today?" Mark asked

"We're going into town." jess smiled "then I'm staying at Vickys. You can go out of you like."

"I don't know."

"It will be good. Make some friends back here." jess suggested

"I might. Be good jessie."

"Um. My mums free from 3. She will be happy to keep you company." Vix said

"Yeah. Mix with the locals."

"I might. Anyway. You girls bugger off." he laughed as the girls ran out.

They got the bus into town and went to the cinemas. They decided to go to Nandos for dinner then shipped for a few hours. Also stopping in a sweet shop, and buying loads of sweets and chocolate.

They got back and walked into Vickys house.
Mark was sat in the kitchen with a brew talking with kathy as danny stood there lingering.

"Please. Were just playing football." danny moaned

"No danny. You're grounded." kathy said to him as he went to walk off sulking, but crashed into jess knocking her over.

"Shit! I'm so sorry." he said helping her up.

"Don't worry."

"Danny get lost will ya." Vix said pushing him away.

"Fuck off!" He mumbled as he stormed off.

"You alright hunny?" Kathy asked jess

"Yeah." she smiled as she stood next to her dad and hugged him. "I'm proud of you."

He smiled and kissed her head.

"How was shopping?" He said now looking at Vicky also.

"Good. We had loads of fun." Vicky smiled and jess nodded in agreement. "We're going upstairs now though."

Danny walked in then.

"Mark, Do you want a game of Fifa?"

"Are you like 4?" Vix laughed

"Not just yet mate. Jessie might."

"Do you? I'm good?" Danny smiled to jess

"Alright. one game than I'm with Vix." jess smiled

They ran up and Vix watched jess batter danny on fifa. 8-3.

"Thought you said you were good?"

"I am. Just... I thought you'd be shit." He moaned

"Right come on." Jess laughed to Vix as they got to up and went into her room.

"You're really close with your dad arnt you?" Vix smiled

"Yeah. We are."

"Do you not have any brothers or sisters?"

"A brother and sister. Brothers older, he's 19 an sisters 7. But they live with my mum."

"How come you don't? Did you choose to live with your dad when they divorced?"

"Ugh. I don't like talking about it. But basically, Dad walked out because my mum tried to throw me out."

"Okay. I'm like the same. Like I don't like to talk about my dad and stuff."

Both of them smiled a little.

"Hey, why don't we get changed and watch a film and kill them sweets we bought before." Vix smiled

"Yeah." jess nodded.

They got changed into there onzies. Vix had a all pink one and jess had a all purple one.

Danny walked in as they were choosing a film.

"Do you wanna go out for a bit?" He asked "footy in dark?"

"Are you aloud out?" Vicky asked

"With you? Yeah." He smiled "come in your onzies."

"What do you think?" Vix asked jess "be a laugh. Plus I know Dannys idea."

"Sure." she laughed

They then round down and told kathy they were going out playing football.

"Fine. Be good. And be quiet when you come in. Im going bed now." She said and they ran out and played football for a while.

"Should we see if someone will go in shop for us?" Danny said

"And this was your plan?" Jess smiled looking at the siblings who both nodded laughing. "Victoria jones I am surprised. Daniel, not so much."

They walked to the shop and Jess ended up going in and she got served!

"How?" danny laughed getting on the park.

"I'm great!" She laughed

They finally stumbled in at 3am. Luckily they didn't wake kathy.
