I'm sorry y/n but you're dad only has a few days to live dad's doctor said and then left the room

It has been you and you're dad ever since you were young when you're mother died and he is the only family you have left

Soon as you left the room you're tears started flowing down your face and you got only 4 rooms down when you  slowly sat on the floor full of tears

Hey are you alright I heard someone say

I'm fine I said wiping my tears

Then i feel a presence next to me so looked to the left and see a doctor sat down next to me

I'm here it's ok he said to me

It was like he knew that you were trying to hide your emotions from him And then you broke down

Is it ok if I hug you you eventually say

You hug him almost instantly you feel safe

After a while of hugging he breaks the hug

Not long after a sound of a machine flatline breaks the silence

I have to go then you see him run into the room what you're dad is in you immeadently run after

Dad  you shout

Dr mike then says I'm sorry but you  have to stand outside the room while we treat your dad

You stood outside the room while you see them treat you're dad.all you could hear was code blue and the noise of the nurses running into the room trying to save your dad.tears rolled down your face.

Ten minutes later you hear one of the nurses say

Time of death 11.02 am .

You went numb not knowing what to feel. You know he was going to die when he first got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer but you did not realise  it was going to be this soon.

Not long after you see Dr mike leave the room with a emotionless look on his face and he just hugged you as you slump down to the floor sobbing
