6 | Celebrating The News

MASON
Mason and I are going out for a nice romantic meal to celebrate our baby's news. We can't wait to be parents in several months. We are so so excited for this next chapter in our lives together. We are going to our favorite restaurant. It's a lovely Italian restaurant and we had our first date there over a year and a half ago. Daniel came over to my place about an hour ago and we are going out soon for our meal. I told him a few days ago and we thought it would be nice to go out and celebrate our exciting and happy news. We are sitting on the couch before we leave "I can't wait for tonight, Rosa. We are going to our favorite restaurant to celebrate our special news" Mason says "I know. Me too, Mase. I'm so excited" I smile. Soon we leave and arrive at the restaurant and get seated at a table for two. We pick up the menus but I think we both knew what we wanted anyway. We always go for lasagne when we go here and it's so good. We place our orders and wait to be served "Rosa I can't believe we are having a baby. I'm just so happy. I love you so much" Mason says touching my hand from across the table "I know. Me too, Mason. I've always wanted to be a mum and I couldn't dream of having a baby with anyone better than you. I love you, Mason Tony Mount" I smile. Mason gives me one of his adorable smiles from across the table. Mason and I had a delicious meal at our favorite Italian restaurant celebrating our baby's news.

JACK
The other day I told Jack that I'm pregnant and we are both happy to be having a baby together. Yes, we have a lot to learn but we are determined to be good parents to our child. Jack and I love each other and we are happy to be having a baby together. This evening Jack and I have decided to go out to the beach to kinda celebrate our baby news. It's quiet on the beach in an evening so we thought we'd have a nice little night together on the beach. The beach is one of our favorite places to go together especially at night. We are going down together pretty soon when it's dark enough. There is nothing more romantic than going to the beach in an evening. Jack and I are chilling on the couch together at the moment "So do you want to go yet?" He asks "Yeah I'm ready anytime you are" I reply "Well now would be great" Jack said. We get ready and leave and go to the beach and arrive soon after. It was very silent so we picked just the perfect time to go together. Start by walking on the beach together. Jack holds my hand as we walk on the beach together breathing in the fresh evening air. We talk about all sorts "I love the beach.
It's so calm and peaceful" I say "It is. It's amazing, babe" He replies. After a while of walking on the beach, Jack and I rest and sit down on the sand "That was really nice" He said "Yep it was great" I reply. We lay down on the sand together and lack looks into my eyes like he usually does. He places his hand on my stomach gently "I can't believe our baby is growing in there. It's kinda crazy" He said "I know but why is it kinda crazy, J" I reply "I don't know it just is but a good crazy of course" Jack replies. He leans in and kisses me on the lips. Jack and I lay a bit longer on the sand before he gives me a piggyback back to the car. We had a really nice evening on the beach.

GARETH
Gareth and I are celebrating our baby news at home by our pool. We live in a beautiful house and moved in just before we got married. We have a beautiful pool that we love going in and spending long afternoons and evenings in. I told him I'm pregnant last night and we kinda wanted to do something to celebrate. We decided not to go out but just to celebrate in the comfort of our own home by our beautiful pool. We have just had some dinner and we are about to go outside and sit by the
pool to have a drink and toast to our future. Obviously I'm not having alcohol since I'm pregnant and it will harm the baby. Gareth is having a beer as he likes it. I'm just having lemonade as it's harmless. We head outside with our drinks and sit by the pool. Gareth looks at me and say "Here's to little baby Bale" He said "Yes here's to little baby Bale" I repeat. We clank our glasses and leans in and kisses me "So I can't believe we are finally having a baby. It's what we've always wanted, Kim" Gareth said "Baby, it's incredible. We are going to have a beautiful baby to love forever" I reply "We sure are. You're so right, my love" he said. A little later, Gareth and I decided to go in our pool for a little swim. Just to think our baby will be able to swim one day when they are older. We jump in the door and have a swim round for a while. Gareth looks at me and puts his hands on my hips. He pushes me against the side of the pool slightly and kisses me. He also touches my tiny bump a bit too "Hey, tiny little baby in there" He said. I smile. So Gareth and I had a great evening out by our pool celebrating our baby news.

DECLAN
Declan got home from a long day at training not so long ago and I told him I was pregnant by giving him a pair of baby shoes. He was so happy. I loved his reaction. I'm so happy too of course. We can't wait to be parents in several months time. Declan and I have decided to celebrate our exciting baby news by cooking our favourite meal at home. Our favourite meal is chicken Alfredo. It's just so good. We love it and make it a lot together. We start off by cooking the chicken. We don't need to make the sauce just yet so we chill for a bit "I have just received the best news in the world today" Declan said "I know, babe. It's incredible. Isn't it?" I reply "It sure is. Like you and our baby in there" He said. I smile. Soon we crack on with making the sauce. I was in charge of the cheese sauce while Declan puts on the pasta to boil while I do the sauce and get the peas on to cook before cutting up the chicken and combining everything into the sauce we have just made. I can't wait to eat it. When it was ready me and Declan sit down at the kitchen table and eat together "It's amazing, baby. I just love this meal but obviously not as much as I love you and our baby" Declan said "Me too. It's so good" I reply. Declan smiles. We eat our chicken Alfredo till we had cleared everything on our plates. We then tidy up and go and have some more time together before we go to bed "Honey, I absolutely cannot wait for fatherhood. It's the most exciting thing in this world" He said "It is and hopefully we'll be the best parents in the world" I reply "Oh we will be. Don't worry" Declan chuckles. We kiss for a while. We can't wait for this wonderful, amazing and exciting chapter in our lives.
