Frost's Pov~

I have to admit, that damn rabbit is fast.

After jumping over logs and weaving between trees we finally reach an open field where I can in fact see multiple rabbit holes with a few more hopping around.

Huh, must be a warren. I'll have to make sure to tell Aiden about this place so we can come back another time. Hopefully the rabbits will still be here.

However as I burst through the trees one of them immediately let out a warning call.

To be honest it was rather entertaining to see the rabbits squeal and run around in a panic. I shook off the thought though and refocused on the one still running in front of me. Now that we were in a rather level feild, I bolted forward, swiftly gaining on the poor creature.

When it was about a foot in front of me I lunged forward with my fangs bared. My front paws landed on it and it squealed in fear. Just as it was about to wiggle out of my grip I gave it a quick, sharp nip to its spine. It finally went limp so I got off of it and picked it up in my jaws. By now the rest of the rabbits were sadly in their burrows and I found no reason to stay around.

The sky was fully blue now, and the sun was rising above one of the mountain's cliffs as I walked back over to the treeline.

After exporing for a bit I managed to stumble upon a river. Looking around I found a nice little clearing next to the water and sat down. I dropped the rabbit I was still carrying and took another quick glance around. I had a weird feeling someone was watching me but I haven't seen anything yet so I just brushed it off.

Focusing back on my rabbit I finally dug in. The meat was still warm as the flesh peeled right off the bones. Blood freely flowed down my chin and fur as I continued to rip it open, tasting like sweet wine on my tounge.

Once I was finished, nothing but the bones remained. The front of my pure white coat was now a rusty red due to the drying blood and I growled slightly in annoyance. This is because both Aiden and I take great pleasure in making ourselves look presentable. It gives us a sense of pride and dignity, so when we get dirty and it's not due to a fight or sex, then we are usually repulsed.

Shaking my head I stand up and walk into the shallower part of the water, leaving the bones where they are.

The water is cool, but I adjusted quickly, slowly walking deeper. I stopped when I reached the middle, where I could comfortably stand and my head was still above the water. Still feeling a bit paranoid I take one more glance around the river bed before taking a deep breath and completely submerging.

I open my eyes and see my fur floating around me through my muttled gaze. I twirl through the water one way, and then the other, trying to get all the blood out of my fur. When I felt satisfied I resurfaced, taking in a new breath of air.

I walked back over to the little clearing and shake myself off. Then I procceded to check to make sure I got all of the blood out, only spotting a few spots here and there, but it's nothing a few good licks couldn't handle. Once I was satisfied, I laid down in the little clearing, making sure to stay away from the patch of blood still by the bones.

I glance up at the sun which finally made its way out of the tree tops. The sky was cloudless so the sun's rays freely showered me with warmth. Relaxing, I decided a quick nap wouldn't hurt, and it would also dry my fur quicker.

Again, taking a quick look around I finally curl into a ball and fall asleep.

Someone's Pov~

I raced through the undergrowth back the way I came. It didn't take long before I finally crossed over the pack's border.
