A Raccoon? (Ranboo x reader)

I wake up to the sound of a loud buzzer. someone is unlocking the door! I sit up from my cot and stare at the door expectingly. Ms. Heart opens the door and comes to give me food and water. "Hello y/n" she speaks sternly. I wave at her, and she hands me a piece of bread and a half-filled plastic water bottle. " Today Ms. Lewis will come give you more stuff to do, and later you will be brought a surprise!" she says with fake enthusiasm ringing throughout her voice. ' Okay...' she leaves with the sound of the buzzer, indicating the door is locked. 

I tear a small piece off my slice of bread and eat it with a couple drops of water to wash it down.

 my name is y/n, and I have lived in this lab for as long as I can remember. I was their second hybrid brought to this facility. I don't like to talk about what happened to Cleo... anyway! they give me stuff to do now.... after the incident...... they give me paper and pencils to draw with and some toys! this is Leo, my stuffed dog. And this is jelly and Clyde! they are my matching axolotl plushies. Ms. Lewis also gave me some books! now I can read a little and I know my colors! Leo is white with black spots, jelly is light pink with dark pink details, and Clyde is light blue with dark blue details.

I hear the door buzz as Ms. Lewis walks in. I've always liked Ms. Lewis; she is very nice to me! she was the one who taught me to read so I wouldn't get bored! " Hello y/n" she said sweetly. I smiled and waved to her. she walked over to my desk and sharpened my pencils. " Next week I will bring you new pencils. you are a wonderful drawer!" she holds up my latest drawing of my stuffies. " Are these your animals?" she asked. I nod and smile. "Well, this is great!" she says and sets down blank papers for me to draw on. " Have you finished your book?" she asks picking up the book. I nod once more, and she takes the bookmark from the end of the book and hands it to me. she grabs a new book from her bag and hands it to me. she looks at her watch and quickly says bye and leaves with the familiar sound of the door buzzing as she exits.

{time skip}

I was doodling on the new paper I just got then I heard the buzz of a door. I turn around and see Mr. Green throw a tall boy in the room with me. he looks around my age. the boy looks up with fear at me. 'Well, that's rude!' I frown and look up to Mr. Green, who was still standing in the doorway. " y/n, this will be your new cell mate. he is one year older than you. later we will bring in new beds, a desk, and some new clothes for you and your new friend. maybe some new supplies for you too." he states. I nod and look to the boy who still looks terrified. I make a small whine, and the boy looks to me and backs away. 'Why is he so mean?' I hear a loud buzz as Mr. Green leaves.

" w-what are you?" he says quietly. I tilt my head in confusion. surly they told him what he is doing here. right? I start toward him, but he backs away quickly "s-stay back!" he yells as he reaches the corner. I don't stop though, and I get close enough to tell he is breathing heavily, his eyes darting across my face. all I can sense is fear, so I go over to him and lean against him. "w-what?" God! will he ever stop stuttering?! I start purring as I lean against him, trying to calm him down. I fall asleep to the sound of my purrs and his deep and heavy breathing.

Ranboo POV

I am thrown into a room with what looks to be some sort of cross between an animal and a human. it looks like a kid my age, but also highly dangerous, I won't trust it.' maybe it's a cat? it has grey ears. Maybe it's a raccoon?' I don't pay attention as the man who threw me in here talks. I hear a whine come from the creature, I look to it and get scared. I subconsciously back away. 'Is it a hybrid? like I have read about in those stupid fiction books?' I am yanked out of my thoughts by a loud buzzing sound from the door. he left. I'm stuck in here with this.... thing...
